Item: In the ninth month of the same year (Meiwa 2, 1765), a stipend of five ryō in expenses and a ration for three persons was granted, and he was appointed as a permanent hired attendant in the service of Lady Ganshouin. Item: In the second month of the third year of the same era (Meiwa 3, 1766, the Year of the Dog), he was appointed on a temporary basis as a close attendant (gokinju-ban) to Lady Ganshouin, and served until the seventh month of the same year. Item: In the fifth month of the same year, on the occasion of the celebratory hair-dressing ceremony of the Lord Dainagon, and at the time of the banquet to which he was invited, he was appointed as a hired escort and server.
