一、同九年申年（文化9年・1812年）六月、村方を懇切丁寧に取り扱い、新田開発を少なからず計画し、田地の平均化・労費の節減をはじめ、村の活性化についても適切に取り計らい、地下囲物（備蓄物資）をも整備し、およそ御用向きの臨時の事柄にいたるまで出精し、功績のあった者として、格別の理由をもって一人扶持を増加して下し置かれた件。
一、同十年酉年（文化10年・1813年）五月、両御蔵入御取ヶ（両蔵入地の年貢取立て）の調役人として、御勘定吟味の加勤を仰せ付けられた件。

一、同年十一月、御取ヶ御勘定（年貢勘定）のご伺いのため江戸表へ上り、翌戌年（文化11年・1814年）四月に帰国した件。
一、同十一年戌年（文化11年・1814年）八月、越後御預所・小千谷陣屋にて一年間の勤番を仰せ付けられ、翌亥年（文化12年・1815年）九月に帰国した件。
一、同年十二月、両御蔵入御取ヶ御勘定について、公儀への難渋のお伺いを適切に取り計らったことにより、ご褒美として金三分を下し置かれた件。

- In the sixth month of the ninth year, the Year of the Monkey (Bunka 9, 1812), [the subject] handled village affairs with great care and consideration, planned no small amount of new field development, and properly managed matters including equalization of farmland, reduction of labor costs, and the revitalization of the villages. He also prepared local stockpiles (jige-kakoimono) and applied himself diligently to all manner of extraordinary official duties. In recognition of his meritorious service, he was granted an additional stipend of one person's provisions (hitori-fuchi) as a special reward.
- In the fifth month of the tenth year, the Year of the Rooster (Bunka 10, 1813), he was ordered to serve additionally as an inspector of accounts (gokanjō-ginmi) for the officials in charge of collecting the annual tax revenues (o-toreke) from both domain-administered territories (ryō-okuraire).

Although this was a position of considerable responsibility, he was appointed to the rank of dokurei (independent ceremony rank).
- In the eleventh month of the same year, he traveled to Edo to consult regarding the annual tax accounts (o-toreke o-kanjō), and returned home in the fourth month of the following Year of the Dog (Bunka 11, 1814).
- In the eighth month of the eleventh year, the Year of the Dog (Bunka 11, 1814), he was ordered to serve a one-year garrison duty (kinban) at the Ojiya jinya (陣屋, administrative outpost) in Echigo, which was under domain supervision, and returned in the ninth month of the following Year of the Boar (Bunka 12, 1815).
- In the twelfth month of the same year, in recognition of his proper handling of difficult consultations with the central government (kōgi) regarding the annual tax accounts for both domain-administered territories, he was granted a reward of three bu (a unit of gold currency).
