　　　　　一　献上物之内其家々之役人心得違軽き方可然様ニ存拵
　　　　　　　立候哉近年惣体不宜も有之品々より麤末之仕方ニ
　　　　　　　相見江如何成儀ニ候自今入念候様ニ被申付可然候此上
　　　　　　　如何成品も有之候得ハ不相納筈ニ候事
　一　三月三日永平寺登　城十帖一本指上之於韃靼之間　御逢有之
　一　同月四日先達而大目付中ゟ跡箱為御持之儀御尋ニ付御御目付
　　　河野豊前守《割書：通｜喬》殿江左之通御留守居持参指出之

現代語訳

上への関わりのある事柄は略式でよろしい事柄なので、今後は従来通りに心得るのがよろしいこと

一　献上物の内、その家々の役人の心得違いで軽い方がよろしいように思って作り立てるのか、近年全体的によろしくないものもあり、品々より粗末な仕方に見受けられ、いかがなものかと思われる。今後は入念にするよう申し付けるのがよろしく、この上いかがなものでもあれば納めない筈であること

一　三月三日　永平寺が登城し、十帖一本を指し上げ、韃靼の間において御対面があった

一　同月四日　先だって大目付中より跡箱をお持ちになることについてお尋ねがあったので、御目付河野豊前守通喬殿へ次の通り御留守居が持参して差し出した

兵部大輔は蓑箱の外、後にも挟箱を古来より持ってきているので、そのまま持参いたします。この段をお届けするよう国元より申し遣わされたので、お届け申し上げます。以上

一　同月五日　総出仕の件について、これまで総礼と称していたが、今後は一統の御礼とか、または総出仕の御礼と称するよう御奏者番へ仰せ出された

一　同月八日　道中筋宿々締めの件について次の通り大目付中より御廻状が来た

Matters concerning superiors are informal matters, so in the future it would be appropriate to understand them as they have been in the past.

Article 1: Regarding tribute items, whether the retainers of each house misunderstand and think it better to make lighter items, in recent years there have been generally poor items, and the manner appears crude compared to other items, which seems questionable. From now on, it would be appropriate to order careful attention, and if there are any questionable items beyond this point, they shall not be accepted.

Article 1: March 3rd - Eiheiji Temple made a castle visit and presented ten volumes bound as one, and there was an audience in the Tartar Room.

Article 1: Same month, 4th day - Previously, the senior inspectors (ōmetsuke) inquired about carrying rear boxes, so the following was brought and submitted to Inspector Kōno Bunzen-no-kami Michitaka by the castle caretaker:

"The Hyōbu-dayū has been carrying not only straw boxes but also document boxes from ancient times, so we continue to carry them as before. We were instructed from our domain to report this matter, so we respectfully report it. The above.
