今（キン）天（テン）下（ヒヤア）太（タイ）平（ビン）￣ワ四（スウ）海（ハイ）無（ウヽ）事（ズウ）￣ワ上憫（ミン）＿二 下労＿一￣ヲ下沐＿二￣リ 上恩＿一￣ヲ歓声四
起朝野俱￣ニ楽￣テ而￣ソ重￣テ値＿二￣フ堯舜￣ノ之時＿一￣ニ也恭喜恭喜《割書：今天下タイヘ｜イ。四海ブジ。》
《割書：上ハ下ノ労ヲアハレミ玉ヒ。下ハ上ノ恩ヲ沐リ悦ノ声四方ニオコリ。貴賤共ニタノ｜シミテ。再ヒ堯舜ノ御代ニアヱリ。メデタシ〳〵。》
如＿レ￣シ諭￣ノ目今光景可＿レ謂＿二清平￣ノ世界￣ト也五穀報塾豊熟四姓安

今天下太平、四海無事。上は下の労を憫れみ、下は上の恩を沐り、歓声四方に起こり、朝野俱に楽しみて、重ねて堯舜の時に値う也。恭喜恭喜。
このように諭すならば、目今の光景は清平の世界と謂うべきである。五穀は豊熟を報じ、四姓は安らか

Long and Short Conversations
Today the realm is at peace, and all within the four seas is without incident. Those above show compassion for the toils of those below, while those below bask in the benevolence of those above. Joyful voices arise from all quarters, and both court and countryside rejoice together, as we once again encounter times like those of Yao and Shun. Congratulations! Congratulations!
If one were to describe it thus, the present scene may be called a world of pure peace. The five grains report abundant harvest, and the four classes of people are at peace
