　　　　　　右のいずれも、中納言殿が結城領知を領された内に、文禄五（丙申）年正月二十日、同日に黒印を遣わされた。その他の寺領・社領ならびに家中へ給された黒印も、多くは右の同日に差し出された趣が、家譜に見受けられる。

一、五月二十四日、御帰国御礼の御使者・狛杢（実勝）が、御用番・本多中務大輔（忠良）殿へ罷り出て、御書を差し出した。

一、同日、御朱印の御改めにつき、本多紀伊守（正珍）殿へ秀康様の御印鑑を、御留守居・大谷一右衛門（良次）が持参し差し出したところ、（昨二十三日、秋元摂津守殿より申し来た通り）秋元摂津守（涼朝）殿も列座の上で御吟味があり、安穏寺が所持する御黒印は秀康様の御黒印に相違ない旨、申し聞かされ、御印鑑は返却された。

　　　　　　All of the above received their black seals (kokuin) on the same day — the twentieth day of the first month of Bunroku 5 (Hinoto-Saru year) — during the period when the Lord Chūnagon held the domain of Yūki. Furthermore, it appears from the family records (kahu) that the black seals issued to other temple landholdings, shrine landholdings, and retainers were likewise, for the most part, issued on that same day.

Item: On the twenty-fourth day of the fifth month, the messenger for the return-to-domain ceremony, Komamoku (Saneyoshi), appeared before the Duty Councillor Honda Nakatsukasa-no-taifu (Tadayoshi) and presented the formal letter.

Item: On the same day, regarding the verification of the official seal, the domain's resident representative (rusui) Ōtani Ichiemon (Yoshitsugu) brought and presented Hideyasu-sama's seal specimen (inkan) to Honda Kii-no-kami (Masayoshi). (As had been communicated the previous day, the twenty-third, by Akimoto Settsu-no-kami.) The examination was conducted with Akimoto Settsu-no-kami (Ryōchō) also in attendance. It was thereupon declared that the black seal in the possession of Anon-ji Temple was without doubt the black seal of Hideyasu-sama, and the seal specimen was returned.
