糺明を遂げられ、貴賎老若を撰ばず追放申すべく候。並びに
前々の如く守護不入の儀、相違有るべからず候。殊更
御祈念昼夜怠慢無くこれ有りて、当庄磐栄の
御心懸け専要に候。後日の為に一札を以て申し展べ候。

Official Notice
The right [hereby orders that] the disorderly conduct and lawless behavior by various military personnel, high and low, be strictly prohibited.
If there are any who violate this order, they shall be
swiftly punished according to the law. Therefore, [this notice is issued] as stated.
Rat Year, 1st month, 14th day Tōyama Saemon-no-jō 《respectfully [issued]》

Kin former territory
Kokubu-kyō
"Kin" should be "Kogane." The Rat Year is probably Tenshō 6 (1578).
【Lower Section】
Regarding the affairs of Kokubuji Temple, since [we have] once entrusted [them to you], you shall be ordered to handle all matters—
administration, construction and repair of the main hall, sweeping the grounds, and religious services.
However, regarding those clans who act contrary to your temple,
after thorough investigation, regardless of high or low status, old or young, they shall be banished. Moreover,
as in the past, the principle of guardian non-interference shall remain unchanged.
Especially, with prayer services day and night without negligence, your dedication to the eternal prosperity
of this manor is of utmost importance. For posterity, [I] hereby set forth this written statement.
Therefore, as stated above.
