仰せ付けられるにつき、お供仕り、日光お供総司として精励して相勤め候段、仰せ出され候事

貞昭様のご成長に随い、格別に勤労致し候につき、恭定様の思し召しを以て、裏付継ぎのお上下一具を、ご内々に下し置かれ候事
一同五丑年正月
貞昭様のご生育の儀につき辛労致し候につき、ご役料のうち五十石をご加増、お直に下し置かれ候事
一同年三月、嫡孫又吉が家督相続仕りたき旨を願い出候事
一同八辰年四月、薮年精励し、貞昭様のご成育の義につき万端心を尽くし相勤め、心労致し候につき、ご役料のうち五十石をご加増、お直に下し置かれ候事

英語訳
He was appointed and accompanied [his lord] to Nikko, serving diligently as chief supervisor of the Nikko entourage, for which he was commended.
Third month of the same year:
In recognition of his exceptional service as Sadaaki-sama grew up, by the gracious consideration of Kyōtei-sama, he was privately granted one set of formal court dress with lining.
First month of the fifth year, Ushi year:
In recognition of his devoted service in the upbringing of Sadaaki-sama, he was directly granted an increase of fifty koku from his official stipend.
Third month of the same year: His eldest grandson Matakichi petitioned to succeed as family head.
Fourth month of the eighth year, Tatsu year:
Having served diligently for many years and devoted himself wholeheartedly to the upbringing of Sadaaki-sama with great dedication and care, he was directly granted an increase of fifty koku from his official stipend.
Second month of the ninth year, Mi year:
For the wedding ceremony of Juhōin-sama, he performed various duties and served as guide from the main gate during the bridal procession.
