回し二年間の出銀を申し付けられた。なお、割合の件については御奉行から連絡がある。もっとも町や在郷は非常に困窮している時節であるが、御勤めの件について何とか御威光よく行われるようにしたい事情があるので、各々厚く心配りをして、十分に出精するよう申し合わせて取り扱うべきである。

○諸昼飯米の値段について、享和二年（戌年）から御扶持方米の値段より五升下がりで支給する筈に決定されていたが、その後度々値上がりの沙汰もあったので、格別の趣旨をもって当月から従来通り御扶持方米の値段で支給することとする。これについては第一に御勘定所から適正な方法があるべき事である。諸方面において相対（私的取引）勝手の件があれば御人遣いの障害となり、また御費用にも及ぶので、諸方面の渡り人の内で相対取組をしている者は、小頭どもが吟味を遂げ、依怙贔屓なく書付をもって申し達するよう申し付けるべきである。相対遣いの件は、その様子その程度に応じて申し付ける旨もあるべきで、吟味の上で渡り人の数を減らすこともあり得る。手が空いていながら気遣い等を申し立て、小頭どもの指図にも従わない者がいれば、これもまた委細に申し達するよう申し付けるべきである。右の段、申し達し次第連絡すべきである。
一 当年火の見の番について人数を立て、またそれに付いて防備先へ幾度出役しても、内達の通り昼飯米を支給されない各方面から志を内達してきた段は奇特のことである。これらの件を申し聞かせるべきである。

○先達って勝見出火後、乗国寺門前・本証寺門前の家作を見合わせるよう申し渡していたところ、別紙の通り申し付けられたので、その段を申し渡すべきである。

一 乗国寺門前川手広小路下町通りの者の家作の仕様について、二階付きの分は土蔵作り瓦葺き、二階無しの分は瓦葺きとすること。また下町通りの分は三尺ずつ裏へ引き込み、道幅を広くすること。
一 本證寺門前の家作の件も右同様、三尺ずつ裏へ引き込むことも右同様とする。
外に乗国寺の地名子の分はなお追って申し聞かせることとする。

○Regarding the price of various midday meal rice: Since Kyōwa 2 (Year of the Dog), it was decided that it should be provided at five shō below the stipend rice price, but since there have been frequent price increases thereafter, as a special measure from this month it will be provided at the regular stipend rice price. Regarding this matter, first and foremost, the accounting office should have proper methods. If there are private dealings in various sectors, this becomes an obstacle to personnel assignments and also incurs expenses, so among the rotating personnel in various sectors who are engaged in private arrangements, the squad leaders should conduct investigations and report impartially in writing. Regarding private arrangements, orders may be given according to the circumstances and degree of each case, and after investigation, the number of rotating personnel may be reduced. If there are those who make excuses about concerns while having free time and do not follow the instructions of squad leaders, detailed reports should also be made about these cases. The above matters should be communicated as soon as they are reported.
1. Regarding this year's fire watch duty, personnel were assigned and despite serving at defense posts multiple times, various sectors have voluntarily contributed since midday meal rice was not provided as per internal communication - this is commendable. These matters should be made known.

Town Magistrate
○Previously, after the Katsumi fire, we ordered a suspension of house construction at the gates of Jōkoku-ji and Honshō-ji temples, but as per the attached document, the following has been ordered, so this should be communicated.
Attached Document
1. For house construction by residents of the lower town street at Jōkoku-ji gate, Kawate Hirokōji: two-story buildings must be fireproof warehouse construction with tile roofing, buildings without second floors must have tile roofing. Also, buildings on the lower town street must be set back three shaku toward the rear to widen the road.
1. House construction at Honshō-ji gate shall follow the same rules, including the three shaku setback.
Additionally, matters concerning Jōkoku-ji's tenant farmers will be communicated separately later.
Upper Territory District Magistrate
○Similarly, we had ordered suspension of house construction under our jurisdiction, same as above.
