現代語訳
一、検見を提出しない場合は五厘ずつの加免を命じることになっているが、格別の配慮をもって加免を命じないこととする。これにより村々が作柄の困難を申し立てても、今年の事情であるから、代官所において理解して聞き入れ、作柄困難を申し立てないよう取り計らうこと。もっとも今年の天候では作柄困難を申し立てる村方もないであろうが、もし格別の不作や作柄困難等があれば、吟味して詳細に報告すること。その際は別途見分役人を派遣して吟味を行う。
右の趣旨について代官と相談して適切に取り計らうこと。

In such cases, special inspection officials will be dispatched to conduct examinations.
Consult with the magistrate regarding the above matters and handle them appropriately.
