願之通被仰付候へ共向後御吟味之上可被仰付候右願差上候後令病死候はヽ
葬式等之儀勝手次第可取扱候事

○御勝手役被仰付者是迄三石御加増都合拾八石三人扶持に被成下候へ共
以来は役中三石御足充行被下転役之節は不被下置候事

御徒支配
○御徒の者共が病気により、その身に御暇を下され、忰（息子）を召し出して下し置かれるよう相願いする場合は、即刻願いの通り仰せ付けられるが、今後は御吟味の上で仰せ付けるべし。右の願いを差し上げた後に病死した場合は、葬式等の儀は勝手次第に取り扱うべきこと
御奉行
○御勝手役を仰せ付けられる者は、これまで三石の御加増で都合十八石三人扶持を成し下されていたが、以来は役中三石の御足し扶持を下し、転役の節は下し置かれないこと
一、小算を召し出される者は、これまで十石三人扶持を成し下されていたが、以来は十石二人扶持を成し下されること

1. Retainers without specific duties (muryaku) serving as caretakers during the lord's absence need not attend monthly ceremonies and the five seasonal festivals, but must attend castle only for New Year's ceremonies, receiving ritual rice cakes, the lord's departure, and the lord's return to castle.
However, supervisory personnel (sewayaku) are treated separately.
1. All handling of affairs should be conducted according to the previous practices of caretakers during the lord's absence.

Foot Soldier Supervisor
○When foot soldiers request leave due to illness and petition for their sons to be summoned as replacements, such requests have been immediately granted as petitioned, but henceforth such matters will be decided after investigation. If the petitioner dies of illness after submitting the request, funeral arrangements may be handled at their discretion.
Magistrate
○Those appointed to financial management roles previously received an additional allowance of three koku, totaling eighteen koku and three-person stipend, but henceforth will receive only three koku additional stipend during their term of service, which will not be continued upon transfer to other positions.
1. Those summoned for arithmetic duties previously received ten koku and three-person stipend, but henceforth will receive ten koku and two-person stipend.
