筋如何様之儀有之候共当春御請印形差上置候通聊違背仕間敷万一
心得違仕候はヽ本山へ御引渡之上如何様之御咎被仰付候とも一言之儀も申上間敷候
若門徒共之内不得心之者有之候はヽ致吟味名元書上可申旨被仰渡奉畏候

候趣申談候而請印形申渡候処別紙之通御評議被成下候様相願候に付種々理解

○宗意一件に付法中共召呼於御勘定所吟味有之に付俗門徒共大勢罷出候
事も可有之依之御先物頭月番杉形鎗奉行へ御門〳〵増番人等可被申談候
且又俗門徒大勢罷出万一騒ケ敷儀有之候はヽ其節可及差図候間早速出
馬相固候様御先物頭へ心得に可被申聞置候

一、この度本山より御使僧が派遣されることについて、宗意安心の件は勿論、本山より申し渡される件について、どのような事があろうとも、当春に御請印を差し上げた通り、少しも違背いたしません。万一心得違いをいたしました場合は、本山へお引き渡しの上、どのような御咎めを申し付けられても一言の異議も申し上げません。もし門徒の中で納得しない者がおりましたら、吟味いたして名前と出身地を書き上げて申し上げる旨を申し渡され、恐れ入って承知いたしました。よって御請印を差し上げる次第です。

法中への伝達事項
一、十一月五日、金津奉行海福久右衛門が申し聞かせたところでは、昨日家老中より申し渡された支配下の通寺の願い出た者たちを呼び出して申し渡したところ、滞りなく御請をして調印し、別紙の通り差し出した旨を報告してきた。
一、同日、御預所郡奉行武田平太夫が申し聞かせたところでは、御預所七ヶ寺の者たちを呼び出し、昨日申し渡された趣旨を申し談じて請印を申し渡したところ、別紙の通り御評議をお願いしたいと相願ってきたため、種々理解させようとしたが、どうしても願い出るため、やむを得ず別紙を受け取り置いて宿預けに申し付けた旨を別紙を添えて報告してきた。
御目付へ
○宗意一件について法中を召し呼んで御勘定所にて吟味があることから、俗門徒が大勢参り出ることもあろう。よって御先物頭月番、杉形鎗奉行へ御門々の増番人員等について申し談じること。また俗門徒が大勢参り出て万一騒がしい事があれば、その節に指図するので、早速出馬して警固するよう御先物頭へ心得として申し聞かせ置くこと。

Written pledge submitted:
Regarding the dispatch of an envoy monk from the head temple this time, concerning matters of religious conviction and peace of mind, as well as any instructions from the head temple, whatever may occur, we will not deviate in the slightest from what we pledged with our sealed commitment this spring. Should we err in our understanding, we will accept transfer to the head temple and any punishment imposed without uttering a single word of objection. If there are any among the lay followers who do not comply, we have been ordered to investigate and report their names and origins, which we humbly acknowledge. Therefore, we submit this sealed pledge.

To the Buddhist clergy:
On the 5th day of the 11th month, Kanazu Magistrate Kaifuku Kyuemon reported that when he summoned and addressed the petitioners from the temples under his jurisdiction as ordered by the senior retainers yesterday, they complied without delay, signed their acknowledgments, and submitted them as shown in the attached document.
On the same day, District Magistrate of Administered Territories Takeda Heitayu reported that when he summoned the representatives of the seven temples in the administered territories and discussed yesterday's orders with them regarding their sealed acknowledgments, they requested deliberation as shown in the attached document. Despite various attempts to make them understand, they persisted in their request, so he had no choice but to accept the attached document and place them under house custody, reporting this with the attached document.
To the Inspector:
○Regarding the religious conviction matter, as there will be an investigation at the accounting office with the Buddhist clergy summoned, large numbers of lay followers may also appear. Therefore, consult with the monthly duty senior military commander and the spear magistrate regarding additional guards at the various gates. Also, should large numbers of lay followers appear and any disturbances occur, instructions will be given at that time, so inform the senior military commander to be prepared for immediate deployment and security measures.
