One: 5,000 ryō in gold - Borrowed in yearly installments last year of the boar against Mikuni port fees
However, interest of 6 shu per month from within the Mikuni port fees, with the remaining silver amount designated as principal investment. From the current year of the rat, 1st month, it was ordered that the remaining amount after deducting 6 shu interest from within half of the Mikuni port fee silver should be handled as principal investment. The port fee silver taken to the fuda-sho from the 1st to 9th months should be allocated, and from the 10th month of the rat year onward, half silver each should be collected.
All the above accounts have had their borrowing from Edo and Osaka public funds discontinued and postponed this time, so the following was announced for each:

One: Regarding pawned items in all matters, as requested by the pawnshops this time, the limit shall be 12 months going forward
One: Regarding interest, it shall be reduced and fixed at 1 bu 2 rin per month going forward
One: Since the Kansei era, a person called Magomichi of the tool shop was appointed as pawnshop mediator, but this will be discontinued. When stolen goods are involved, yearly rotating officials from among the town magistrate group officers and inspector group officers will be assigned to visit the pawnshops and conduct detailed examinations of pawned items.
The above should be announced to each respectively.
