現代語訳

支配頭へ
○先日、酒造の仕込みを差し止めていたが、当分の間、半石の仕込みを許可する。その旨を支配下へ申し渡すこと。
九月十六日　奉行から府中へも（通達）

北金津木綿糸問屋共へ　　金津奉行
○御趣法中の願い出の通り、木綿糸を三国湊へ差し越し、船回りすることを許可する。

町三郡奉行
○上記と同様の件について鈴木彦太夫へ申し渡した。往来筋の問屋共にも申し伝える件があるため、心得として申し聞かせる。

To the Domain Magistrate:
○ Regarding the sake brewing that was previously suspended, half-koku brewing is now temporarily permitted. This matter should be communicated to those under your jurisdiction.
September 16th - Also communicated from the magistrate to Fuchu

To the Kita-Kanazu cotton thread wholesale merchants - Kanazu Magistrate
○ As requested by the御趣法中 (economic reform officials), permission is granted for cotton thread to be sent to Mikuni port for shipping.

Town and Three Districts Magistrate
○ The same matter as above has been communicated to Suzuki Hikotayu. Since there are matters to be communicated to the wholesale merchants along the highway routes, this is conveyed for your information.
