心得違之無様御沙汰有之候間小頭共申談心得に可申聞置候事

○御内用達之者共先年ゟ御内御用被仰付追々出精御上にも御満足之御事此
度御勝手御趣法改而被仰出候に付一統御用達被成御免右に付別紙之通被仰付候其段

一御内用達被成御免候へ共是迄之勤功を以名目元御用達
一年始御礼并江戸御往来之節罷出候儀是迄之通
一初綿弐把つヽ被下置候

現代語訳
心得違いがないよう指示があったので、小頭たちと相談して心得について申し聞かせておくこと

右の通り仰せ出されたので、組小頭に申し付けそれぞれに申し通した

○御内用達の者たちは先年より御内御用を仰せ付けられ、次第に精励し御上にも御満足のこと、この度御勝手御趣法を改めて仰せ出されたので、一統御用達を御免になった。これに付き別紙の通り仰せ付けられたので、その旨申し渡すべきこと

一、御内用達を御免になったが、これまでの勤功により名目は元御用達とする
一、年始御礼並びに江戸御往来の節に出向くことは、これまでの通りとする
一、初綿二把ずつ下し置かれる

○米屋善四郎、山形屋七兵衛、宝屋惣右衛門、山田屋五郎兵衛、宝屋平右衛門は、今般御勝手向御趣法を改めて仰せ出されたため、御扶持方として五人扶持ずつ下し置かれる。また別紙の通り仰せ付けられたので、その旨それぞれに申し渡すべきこと

一、年始御礼は御時計の間御敷居内、献上物の前に置き一統御礼申し上げるべきこと

○The御内用達 (go-naiyō-tatsu, interior procurement agents) have been appointed to interior duties since previous years, gradually showing diligence to the satisfaction of the lord. This time, as the financial administration system has been reformed and ordered, all procurement agents have been dismissed. Regarding this, the following separate document has been ordered, which should be communicated:

1. Although dismissed as interior procurement agents, due to their past meritorious service, their title shall remain as "former procurement agents"
2. New Year's ceremonies and attendance during trips to Edo shall remain as before

○Rice merchant Zenshirō, Yamagataya Shichibei, Takaraya Sōemon, Yamadaya Gorōbei, and Takaraya Heizaemon: as the financial administration system has been reformed and ordered this time, each shall be granted a stipend of five-person rations. Also, as ordered in the separate document, this should be communicated to each respectively

2. For New Year's ceremonies, place offerings in front within the threshold of the Clock Room and all shall pay respects together
However, wearing short swords is permitted
