所御座候はヽ聊薬薗等被仰付被下置候はヽ一統申談修行仕度願奉存候右
に付町在医学等之者都而右学校へ出席医術修行為仕度右之趣も被仰

一、御医師並びに町在医師の出銀の件について話し合って決定すること。但し決定した場合は一応伺いを立てること。
一、医学所並びに薬園の雑用のため御荒子両人を貸与されること。
一、医学所の諸事の締めくくり方は厳重に取り計らうこと。総じて連絡すべき件は御匙医師から月番の御目付へ申し達すること。

近年医業等の件が次第に手薄になってきているので、何とか医業修行のため医学校に準じた仮学校を企画し、医書講釈や研究会等を立ち上げ、また物産等の件については御茶園地の空き地がございましたら、少しでも薬園等を仰せ付けて下されば、一統で話し合って修行いたしたく願っております。これに関して町在医学等の者すべてが右学校へ出席して医術修行をしたく、この趣旨も仰せ出して下されるよう願っております。以上
二月 御匙医師
一、八月九日、当年医学所を仰せ付けられた御医師をはじめとして左の通り御家老中へ連絡し、出銀を仰せ付けられたので、

○唐物抜荷の件について大目付中が御触れになった趣旨を厳重に心得るよう支配下々に申し渡すべき件である。なお又、海岸の締まり方の件については兼ねてから度々仰せ出されてもいるが、御領・他領入り混じりの海岸方等は尚更心得方が行き届かない様子も聞こえているので、第一にこの度公儀の御触れの趣旨並びに御家において前々から仰せ出されている御作法通り、海岸の者共が心得違いなく堅く守るよう申し渡すべきである。

Verbal Report
In recent years, medical practice has gradually become insufficient, so we would like to establish a temporary school modeled after medical schools for medical training, setting up medical text lectures and study groups. Additionally, regarding medicinal products, if there are vacant tea garden lands available, we would appreciate being granted even small medicinal gardens so that we may all consult together and pursue our studies. Regarding this matter, we wish all town and rural medical practitioners to attend this school for medical training, and we request that this purpose also be officially announced. Above.

1. On August 9th, regarding the medical school established this year, beginning with the domain physicians, the following was communicated to the senior retainers, and monetary contributions were ordered.
