　并会所入用墨筆代之方へ銀弐百六拾匁
　都合四〆五百六拾匁上納被仰付候

　　右之趣被仰出候尤寛政十一未年ゟ右一件御勘定所引受候得共元来支配下之儀其
　　上此度仲共株相定株札相渡候儀は新規之事にも候へは於町役所人別吟味之上株札

現代語訳

並びに会所入用墨筆代の方へ銀二百六十匁
　都合四千五百六十匁上納を申し付けられる
　　　但し一ヶ月銀三百八十匁ずつ毎月納めるべきこと
　　右の趣旨が申し出された。もっとも寛政十一年未年より右一件は勘定所が引き受けることになったが、元来支配下の儀であり、その上この度仲間たちの株を定め株札を渡すことは新規の事でもあるので、町役所において人別吟味の上、株札の渡し方等を取り計らうのが然るべきことである。なお奉行たちと相談の上よろしく取り扱われたい。

　○供の子供たち並びに坊主の子供たちが差し出されても別家とはならない段、先年申し出されている。これ以後、徒士や坊主等に限らず、すべてどの部門からどの部門へ差し出され、追々擬作等を下し置かれても、別家にはならないはずである。もっとも親の跡を立てられるか、または召し出された者の跡を立てられるか、その節々の勤務場所や勤功等により、それぞれ申し付けられるべきである。この段を各部門の寄合に申し通すべきである。
　一右の通りになることに付いては、各部門より明き跡ができる節は繰り回し、人不足の所には入人等を申し付けられるべきである。この段は役頭限り心得ているべきこと。
　　同日　右に付き城代を初めとする組の代、支配のある面々それぞれに申し通した。
