○御自分儀来子年詰出立之儀二月上旬迄出立有之候様被仰出候処此度江口
源左衛門御内用に而出府被仰付候今少引暢出立被仰出候
現代語訳
御番頭並びに支配頭が吟味の上で願い出れば、年内には必ず拝借が仰せ付けられる。
一、近頃困窮している者たちが願い出て人別に俵数を拝借した分のうち、去る子年（文化9年）の暮れまでに拝借した米で当年の暮れに上納する分は、何口あっても一俵以上並びに一俵上納の分とも俵数に関わらず、すべて一俵ずつ上納し、残り分は当年の暮れの上納を延期される。
ただし、一俵に満たない端米の分は上納すること。
一、当丑年（文化10年）盆前に人別に願い出て拝借した米の分は、定めの通り当年の暮れに上納すること。
一、当丑年に江戸詰めのため願い出て俵数拝借を仰せ付けられた分は、先達って上納方を願い出て年賦上納が決まっているため、定めの通り上納すること。
右の外に江戸詰めを仰せ付けられたところ詰めを免除されたため、御返米のうち上納すべき分を願い出たところ、下地より御用捨もあることなので、定めの通り当年の暮れに上納すること。
右の通り仰せ付けられる。
十一月十六日
大御番頭へ
○大御番組のうち家計が非常に困窮している者たちが俵数拝借を願い出たが、採用し難いものの、格別の趣旨をもって別紙の通り拝借が仰せ付けられるので、その旨をそれぞれに申し聞かせること。
ただし百石取は三俵、御切米取は二俵半、合計九十二人（名前は省略）

○御自分の来子年詰め出立の件は二月上旬までに出立するよう仰せ出されたところ、この度江口源左衛門が御内用にて出府を仰せ付けられたので、もう少し引き延ばして出立するよう仰せ出される。
英語訳
If the head guards (ban-gashira) and supervising heads (shihai-gashira) submit requests after deliberation, loans will certainly be granted within the year.
1. Regarding rice loans granted per person upon request by those recently in financial difficulty - for rice borrowed by the end of the previous Year of the Rat (Bunka 9) that is due for repayment this year-end: regardless of how many portions there are, whether one hyō or more, or portions of one hyō repayment, all shall repay one hyō each regardless of the hyō amount, and the remaining portions shall have their year-end repayment postponed.
However, fractional rice amounts less than one hyō must be repaid.
1. Rice borrowed per person upon request before the Bon festival of this Year of the Ox (Bunka 10) shall be repaid at year-end as stipulated.
1. Rice borrowed in hyō amounts granted upon request for Edo duty this Year of the Ox shall be repaid as stipulated, since annual installment repayment has already been determined upon earlier request for repayment arrangements.
In addition to the above, for those who were assigned Edo duty but then exempted from duty, regarding the portion of returned rice that should be repaid upon request, since there are also exemptions from the domain, repayment shall be made at this year-end as stipulated.
The above is hereby ordered.
November 16th
To the Head of Great Guards
○Among the Great Guard units, those in extreme financial hardship have requested hyō loans, but while difficult to approve, loans are granted as shown in the separate document with special consideration. This matter shall be communicated to each person accordingly.
However, those with 100-koku stipends receive 3 hyō, those with rice allowances receive 2.5 hyō, totaling 92 people (names omitted)
