別紙之通被仰出候間申談可 御奉行

○近年も被仰出候通御紋附絵符等之儀は不軽事に候へは猶又猥成義無之様於御勘
定所締方厳重可被申付候
但定貸渡し分も此度改而吟味之上不宜場所之分は取揚可申事且又向に寄
自分に拵置候様之儀無之哉吟味可有之道中筋抔間々絵符に而往来候者
も有之趣相聞候得は紛敷猥之儀無之様可被取斗候
三月五日
大御番頭
○大御番組之内別紙名元之面々勝手難儀に付先達而被仰出候指掛り御手当被成下候
様相願候依之別紙書付之通御貸被成其段夫々可被申渡候

○去巳年六月町在御趣法御貸付銀亥夏迄押廻し三ヶ年目には元利上納御定
に候処為御手当去ル亥六月ゟ未押廻し三ヶ年御貸居に被仰付又々為御手当元
銀其侭当六月ゟ未押廻し三ヶ年御貸居利息之儀は是迄之通毎年霜月
切致上納候様被仰付候其段可被取斗事
但年後レ追願之分右に准し可申事
一一統格以可諸組連判借右同断之旨被 仰出候事
四月廿日
兼而御内評之通御手当今日被仰出候条 御奉行
別紙弐通被相渡候夫々可被相触旨 御札所目付

○今回の新番組願いの件について、前文と同様である

但し江口源左衛門は一昨日十九日に江戸から帰着した
別紙の通り仰せ出されるので申し談じて 御奉行
取り計らうべき旨 御目付
○近年も仰せ出された通り、御紋付き絵符等の件は軽くない事柄であるので、なお一層みだりなことがないよう御勘定所において締め方を厳重に申し付けられるべきである
但し定められた貸し渡し分についても、この度改めて吟味の上、適切でない場所の分は取り上げるべきこと、また相手によっては自分で作り置いているようなことがないか吟味すべきである。道中筋などで時々絵符を持って往来する者もいるという趣が聞こえるので、紛らわしくみだりなことがないよう取り計らうべきである
三月五日
大御番頭
○大御番組の内、別紙名元の面々が経済的に困窮しているため、先日仰せ出された差し掛かり御手当を下されるよう願い出た。これにより別紙書付の通り御貸しになり、その段それぞれに申し渡すべきである

一 人数三十八人、百石取りには四割ずつ、御切米取りには三割ずつ
右の通り当年末上納にて拝借を仰せ付けられる
三月十一日
支配頭
○去る巳年六月の町在御趣法御貸付銀について、亥年夏まで据え置き三ヶ年目には元利上納が御定めであったが、御手当のため去る亥年六月より未年まで据え置き三ヶ年御貸し置きを仰せ付けられ、また御手当のため元銀そのまま当年六月より未年まで据え置き三ヶ年御貸し置き、利息については今まで通り毎年十一月限りで上納するよう仰せ付けられた。その段取り計らうべきこと
但し年後遅れて願い出た分も右に準じて申すべきこと
一 一統格式をもって諸組連判借用についても右同様の旨仰せ出されたこと
四月二十日
兼ねてより御内評の通り御手当が今日仰せ出されたので 御奉行
別紙二通を相渡し、それぞれに相触れるべき旨 御札所目付

○As has been ordered in recent years, matters concerning crested insignia and picture tags are not trivial, so stricter control should be implemented at the Finance Office to prevent any improper conduct
Note: Regarding the designated lending portions, they should be re-examined this time, and those in inappropriate locations should be confiscated. Also, it should be investigated whether recipients have made their own copies. Since it has been reported that people occasionally travel the highways carrying picture tags, measures should be taken to prevent confusing and improper situations
March 5th
Chief of the Great Guard Unit
○Among the Great Guard Unit members, the individuals listed in the attached document are experiencing financial difficulties, so they have requested the emergency allowance that was previously announced. Accordingly, loans will be provided as stated in the attached document, and this should be communicated to each person accordingly

One: For 38 people total - those receiving 100 koku get 4 percent each, those receiving stipend rice get 3 percent each
The above borrowing is authorized with repayment due at the end of this year
March 11th
Administrator
○Regarding the silver loans under the town and rural financial policy from June of the previous Snake year, while the regulation was to defer payment until the summer of the Boar year with principal and interest due in the third year, as an emergency measure, a three-year deferment from June of the Boar year to the Sheep year was authorized. As a further emergency measure, the principal remains the same, and a three-year deferment from June of this year to the Sheep year is authorized, with interest to be paid annually by the end of November as before. This matter should be handled accordingly
Note: Late applications should be handled according to the same principle
One: It has been ordered that joint guarantee borrowing by all groups should follow the same regulations
April 20th
As previously discussed in private consultation, the emergency allowance Chief Magistrate
has been announced today, so two copies of the attached document Document Office Inspector
should be distributed and announced to each respective party
