現代語訳
○今度、家計が非常に困窮している者たちに対して、お手当の筋が申し渡されることになり、百五十石以下の末端の者まで願い出れば、百石につき銀三百匁の割合で、御札所の特別な取り扱いによって利息は月六朱ずつで拝借を申し付けられるとのことである。なお、詳細な割り当ての件については追って触れ知らせる予定である。

○本知二百石取以下で御役料のない者たち、および御合力米取、御扶持方三十人扶持取以下、御切米取、俵数取の末端まで、当寅年暮れの請け拝領上納方のお手当として左の通り申し渡される。
ただし、上納方の箇条書きは省略する
大御番頭六人
○各々の御番組の家計が困窮しているため、昨年暮れに願いを指し出したことを非常にお気の毒に思し召され、御帰国の上で御指図をされる旨が申し出られていたところ、御類焼のため何かと思し召しに任せられない状況である。しかしながら別紙の通りお手当を下さることとなった。昨年暮れから指し出していた願いの口上書も返却される。この段は申し渡すべき旨が申し出られており、それぞれに申し渡すこと。また末配の末端まで申し渡すべき旨を申し聞かせること。

○This time, financial assistance measures have been announced for those facing severe financial difficulties. For those with stipends of 150 koku or less, including the lowest ranks, if they submit a request, they may be granted loans at a rate of 300 monme of silver per 100 koku through special handling by the official money exchange, with monthly interest of 6 shu. Further details regarding the allocation method will be announced later.
Separate document
○For those with basic stipends of 200 koku or less without role allowances, as well as those receiving relief rice allowances, stipend recipients of 30 persons' rations or less, fixed rice allowance recipients, and rice bag allowance recipients down to the lowest ranks, the following financial assistance is announced for the year-end receipt and tribute payments of the current Year of the Tiger.
However, the articles regarding tribute payments are omitted
Six Great Guard Captains
○As each guard unit faces financial difficulties, petitions were submitted last winter, which were viewed with great sympathy, and instructions were to be given upon the lord's return to the domain. However, due to the fire damage, circumstances do not permit acting as intended. Nevertheless, assistance will be provided as outlined in the separate document. The petition statements submitted since last winter will also be returned. This matter is to be communicated to each respective party. Furthermore, it should be conveyed down to the lowest subordinates.

1. Deferred payment will be granted for annual installment payments of borrowed silver for those with 200 koku or less
1. For those with 150 koku or less, upon petition, loans will be granted from official exchange silver
1. Rice bag allowances that were granted successively until last winter of the Year of the Ox will be forgiven
However, future petitions for rice bag allowances will not be handled as regular matters
