於一橋御殿被仰出候右は格別御厚御事に候此段為心得申聞候様被仰出候

右の通り、すべて先触に名前を記入して差し出し、追って御届の際は右の通り記載して差し出すこと

○御勝手（藩財政）は従来より不如意のところ、度々の火災により必然的に御指支が生じ、御普請の見込みもない状況で、やむを得ず今春神田橋大納言様へ資金調達の件をお願い申し上げたところ、変わらぬ御厚志により幕府へも申し上げていただき、金一万五千両、利付十年賦での資金調達をお貸しいただけることが、去る十三日に一橋御殿において仰せ出されました。これは格別の御厚情であります。この件を心得として申し聞かせるよう仰せ出されました

Submit advance notifications as stated above, and subsequent reports shall follow the same format. Even when submitting multiple advance notifications in one day, those items shall be submitted on separate documents.

○Due to strict orders recently issued by the shogunate regarding travel routes, concerning identification tags for luggage and goods: for ranks up to ko-sankyaku, follow previous procedures; for those below that rank, record names, titles, and official positions. For group subordinates, record as "[whose] group [whose] subordinate," and for others under supervision, record as "under [whose] supervision" in the title section.

○Regarding domain finances, which have long been in difficulty, repeated fires have inevitably caused financial strain with no prospects for construction funds. Out of necessity, this spring we petitioned Kanda-bashi Dainagon-sama for financial assistance. Through his unchanged benevolence, he also appealed to the shogunate, and it was announced on the 13th at Hitotsubashi Palace that 15,000 ryō of gold would be lent with interest, to be repaid over ten years. This represents extraordinary kindness. You are instructed to inform others of this matter for their understanding.
