一嫡孫を養子に相願候族も有之候得共以来は嫡孫承祖に仕度段相願可申事
一末期養子願之節養方に而伯父に当り候者に而も血筋之者に付相願度節は
相続に相願候儀は不苦候事

一末期養子願申上置其後令病死死後達書へ右養子名元書載候儀不同
有之候養子名元実方之姓名に而何歳と書載可申事
但名元片書に病中養子相願置候段認可申事

○右と同じ趣旨で、御預かり所の浦々も右と同様に申し付けておくべきである
