母 金子氏の娘
妻 鈴木玄的重喜の娘（天明4年辰年11月6日、67歳で病死。法名は浄円妙智大姉。葬所は同上）
一 享保19年寅年2月、亡父の御擬作の内から3人扶持を減らされ、7人扶持を下され、御医師として召し出された。
一 元文元年辰年3月、願い出により医術修行のため江戸表へ上り、井上交泰院俊良老の門弟となって修行した。

一 同7年申年3月、御参府の際の立帰りの御供を仰せ付けられ上った。
一 寛保元年戌年8月、3人扶持の御加増の他に、江戸扶持2人分を下され、常詰を仰せ付けられる旨が仰せ出された。
