福 酒が鼻毛ヲト云う
狐狸狼蛍二候 秀 尋ルト
淀君ト云う女狐 狸ト云可薬屋大名之
徳川ト云う狼ガ有升之 尻之光之蛍ノ大名之
福 右四人之者共ニ君鼻毛ヲト
是依テ天下国家之一大事
皇国之鼻ト云シナリ チト御タシナミ□成馬鹿〻敷
憐れナルは清正二テ候忠義第一私ナシ
海貞家二は貴田吉邨三千餘人ガ居升ゾ
韃靼之兵 大明ヲ襲来之噂

法外之酒宴も御吟味ヲ請為与存候

福島「酒が鼻毛を取ると言う」
狐狸狼蛍の二候について、秀吉が尋ねると、
淀君という女狐、狸というべき薬屋大名の
徳川という狼がいる。尻の光る蛍の大名の
福島「右の四人の者どもに君が鼻毛を取らせる」
これによって天下国家の一大事、
皇国の鼻ということになる。少し御慎みなされ、馬鹿馬鹿しい
憐れなのは清正である。忠義第一で私心なし
海城家には貴田吉邨三千余人がいるぞ
韃靼の兵が大明を襲来する噂
大王和親貢物について、四ヶ条承知するとは
怪しい証拠。早くも二百日の約束日数も過ぎ
法外な酒宴もご吟味をお願いしたく存じ候
然るに宮部善祥坊が繰り返し、某は
一応お呼び出しいただきたく
秀吉「承知した。以後はこのような軽率なことはするな」
福島「以後はこのような軽率なことはいたしません」
清正八歳、某九歳、旦元は七歳、君の登用の如く
殊に天下のため、某も軽率とは思いながら
