《割書：野垣蔵本｜長題は》 此記録は承応ゟ元禄迄有日下部民の蔵書の由塙氏の
《割書：柳営私記ト｜ アリ》見せられしをうつし置ぬ 《割書：乗邨按に御沙汰書の抜萃可成｜元来野垣氏の蔵書なり》
一承応元辰年二月紀州大風新宮の湊に懸りし大船卅七艘打割水主
等三百余人死亡紀州侯ゟ御達
〽同年九月於江戸放火之悪党浪人被召捕戸次庄左衛門 藤井又十郎
三宅平六 林太左衛門 土岐与左衛門 下人三人
右訴人城半左衛門家来刑部左衛門と申者同類之処訴人仕右之内
土岐與左衛門其説取逃御尋後切通しへ出切腹咽かき侯へ共不相
果石谷将監殿へ渡尋有之右訴人長嶋刑部左衛門御褒美として
五百石被下御直参被召出候

鶯宿雑記巻七十九草稿
《割書：野垣蔵本、長題は》この記録は承応年間から元禄年間まであり、日下部民の蔵書であったと塙氏が見せてくださったものを写し取っておいた。《割書：柳営私記とあり》《割書：乗邨按ずるに御沙汰書の抜粋であろう、元来野垣氏の蔵書なり》
一、承応元年（1652年）辰年二月、紀州で大風により新宮の湊にかかっていた大船三十七艘が打ち壊され、水主など三百余人が死亡した。紀州藩主より報告があった。
同年九月、江戸において放火の悪党である浪人が召し捕らえられた。戸次庄左衛門、藤井又十郎、三宅平六、林太左衛門、土岐与左衛門、下人三人である。
この訴人は城半左衛門家来の刑部左衛門という者で、同類であったが訴人となった。右の内、土岐与左衛門はその説得を受けて逃亡したが、御尋ねの後、切通しに出て切腹し咽を掻いたが死に切れず、石谷将監殿に引き渡されて尋問があった。右の訴人長嶋刑部左衛門は御褒美として五百石を下され、御直参に召し出された。

1. In the first year of Jōō (1652), the year of the dragon, in the second month, a great wind struck Kishū (Kii Province), destroying thirty-seven large ships anchored at Shingū port, and over three hundred sailors and others died. This was reported by the lord of Kishū.
In the same year, ninth month, arsonist criminals who were rōnin were arrested in Edo: Bekki Shōzaemon, Fujii Matajūrō, Miyake Heiroku, Hayashi Tazaemon, Toki Yozaemon, and three servants.
The informant was a retainer of Jō Hanzaemon named Gyōbu Zaemon, who was one of their accomplices but became an informant. Among those mentioned above, Toki Yozaemon was persuaded and fled, but after official investigation, he appeared at Kiridōshi, attempted seppuku and cut his throat, but failed to die completely, and was handed over to Lord Ishitani Shōgen for interrogation. The aforementioned informant Nagashima Gyōbu Zaemon was rewarded with 500 koku of rice and was appointed as a direct retainer of the shogun.
