十一月十五日寅の刻（午前4時頃）、佐久間町あたりから出火し、北風が強く内神田、豊島町へ飛び火した。西は神田三河町、鎌倉河岸、御堀端、鍛冶橋まで。東は神田、馬喰町、横山町、大伝馬町、小伝馬町、今川橋から南国橋まで全て焼失。日本橋本町あたりまで、日本橋、南呉服町、青物町、四日市、本材木町。
通一丁目、東西共に京橋まで。田所町、瀬戸物町、伊勢町、堀留、堀江町、小舟町、人形町、富沢町、小網町あたりまで、八丁堀一帯が全面的に焼失した。

Detailed Map of the Great Edo Fire on the 15th Day of the 11th Month, Year of the Horse, Ansei 5
On the 15th day of the 11th month at the hour of the Tiger (around 4 AM), a fire broke out near Sakuma-machi. Due to strong north winds, the fire spread to Uchi-Kanda and Toshima-machi. To the west, it reached Kanda Mikawa-machi, Kamakura riverside, the moat edge, and Kaji Bridge. To the east, from Kanda, Bakuro-machi, Yokoyama-machi, Odenma-machi, Kodenma-machi, extending from Imagawa Bridge to Nangoku Bridge - all were completely destroyed. The fire reached Nihonbashi Honcho area, Nihonbashi, Minami Gofuku-cho, Aomono-cho, Yokkaichi, and Hon Zaimoku-cho.
Tori Ichome, both east and west sides up to Kyobashi. Tadokoro-cho, Setomono-cho, Ise-cho, Horidome, Horie-cho, Kobuna-cho, Ningyo-cho, Tomizawa-cho, and the area around Koami-cho - the entire Hatchobori district was completely burned down.
