僧院（そういん） 釈霊一（しやくのれいいつ）
虎渓閑月引相過（こけいのかんげつひいてあいすぐ）帯（おぶる）＿レ雪（ゆきを）松枝（せうし）掛（かく）＿二薜（へき）

《割書：虎渓（こけい）は盧山（ろさん）の中にあり恵遠法師（ゑをんほうし）の居（ゐ）た僧院（そういん）ゆえかりもちゆ此／僧院（そういん）へ来てみれ｜ば恵遠法師（ゑをんほうし）の居（ゐ）られた虎渓（こけい）とも同前（どうぜん）なところで月もあいだにひかり月のひかり｜に引れてこゝかしこと過（すぎ）て見れば秋（あき）のすへのことゆへ雪（ゆき）をおびた松枝（まつかえ）に薜蘿（へきら）がまは｜らに懸りおもしろい気色（けしき）じや此／僧院（そういん）の近処（きんじよ）の青山（せいさん）かぎりなく多いことじやこの山を｜みなこと〴〵くあるきつくさんとおもふてそこらをみれば白雲（はくうん）ふかき処にしゆ〴〵の｜清僧（せいそう）たちの引こんで御坐（こさ）なさるゝいかさま人間とは格別で｜ ものしづかな所じや》
からうたのこゝろを絵にものせられしは
たらちをのこゝろさしにそ有けらし
そをたかへしと五文字のぜく【「ぜく」は「絶句」ヵ】七文字
のせくは大かたにさくら木にえらせ侍りぬ
猶りちののこれるもこしもつかの木の
いやつき〳〵にたへす■【調ヵ】してむと思ふ物から
まち見給ふ人〳〵にしらせまほしく此さらし
のおくにかいつけたいまつるものならし
ふみのいちくらのあるし高てるしるす。

現代語訳
僧院 釈霊一
虎渓の閑月に引かれて共に過ごし、雪を帯びた松の枝に蔦が掛かっている。限りない青山を歩き尽くそうと思うが、白雲深い所には老僧が多い。
《解説：虎渓は廬山の中にあり、恵遠法師が住んでいた僧院である。それゆえ仮にもこの僧院へ来てみれば、恵遠法師が住んでいた虎渓と同じようなところで、月も間に光り、月の光に引かれてあちらこちらと過ごして見れば、秋の終わりのことなので雪を帯びた松の枝に蔦蘿が巻き付いて掛かり、趣深い景色である。この僧院の近所の青山は限りなく多いことだ。この山を全て歩き尽くそうと思ってあたりを見れば、白雲深い所に多くの清僧たちが隠遁していらっしゃる。いかにも人間とは格別で、物静かな所である。》
唐詩の心を絵にも描かれたのは、父母の心遣いによるものであろう。それを五言絶句、七言絶句として大方桜の木に選ばせていただいた。なお余力の残るものもこの雑木がいよいよ月毎に絶えず調えようと思うものから、待ち見る人々に知らせたく、この晒しの奥に書き付けて差し上げるものである。

英語訳
Buddhist Temple Shaku Reiitsu
Drawn by the tranquil moon of Hukei, we pass time together. Snow-laden pine branches are adorned with trailing vines. Though I wish to walk through the endless blue mountains, there are many old monks in the depths of white clouds.
《Commentary: Hukei is located within Mount Lu, where Master Eon once resided in his temple. Therefore, when one visits this temple, it resembles the same Hukei where Master Eon lived. The moon shines between, and drawn by its light, as one wanders here and there, since it is late autumn, the snow-bearing pine branches are beautifully draped with trailing vines - a most scenic view. The blue mountains near this temple are countless. When I think to walk through all these mountains and look around, I see many pure monks living in seclusion in places deep with white clouds. Indeed, they are different from ordinary people, dwelling in such quiet places.》
The heart of Tang poetry has been depicted in paintings as well, which must be due to parental devotion. These have been mostly selected as five-character and seven-character quatrains on cherry wood. Since there are still remaining works, and I intend to continue preparing them monthly with these various woods, I wish to inform those who wait and watch, so I write this in the depths of this publication.
