一、知行所の百姓の手形によって地頭に金子を借りるべき時節ではないのに、年貢納入の証文を百姓方に渡している例もあるようだと聞いている。今後、このような類は無用とすべきである。また、百姓が田畑等を質物として書き入れさせ、金子を地頭に借りることは、いよいよ停止すべきである。

一、同月二十五日、鷹狩りのため吉江に御出かけになった（十一月七日に御帰殿）。
一、同月二十九日、重陽の御祝儀御献上に関する御奉書を、土屋相模守政直殿、西丸御老中小笠原佐渡守長重殿にて御渡しがあった。
ただし、御忌中であり日限が過ぎてから御献上されたため、御内書はなく御奉書となった。
一、十一月三日、御参勤の時節について御伺いのため、御使者樋口小左衛門安隆を江戸表に差し出し、今日福井を出立した。
