一、同月十一日、年始三ヶ日の御規式が終了したことへの御祝儀として、江戸表へ御書を提出し、御肴一種を献上した。

一、同月七日、御老中井上河内守正岑殿からお呼び出しがあり、御留守居村上三大夫正峯が出向いたところ、近年御入用の品々があり、その上、昨冬武蔵国・相模国・駿河国の三ヶ国内で砂が積もった（十一月二十三日に富士山が噴火し震動、灰石砂等が降下、同二十五日にも再び同様のことが起こった）村々への御救済の件について、諸国の高役金として御領・私領を問わず高百石につき金二両ずつの割合で在郷から取り立て、当三月を期限として公儀の御金蔵へ納入するよう、御書付をもって申し渡された。

On the 7th of the same month, there was a summons from Senior Councilor Inoue Kawachi-no-kami Masamine, and when the deputy Murakami Sandayū Masamine appeared, [he was told that] in recent years there have been various necessary expenses, and furthermore, regarding the relief of villages in the three provinces of Musashi, Sagami, and Suruga where sand had accumulated last winter (on the 23rd day of the 11th month, Mt.
