聞いた。
一 九月二十九日 北潟・吉崎・濱坂三ヶ村の紛争の件について、金津奉行水野善左衛門（勝満）が吟味の上、御奉行所より以下の通り書付が渡された。
覚
一 吉崎・濱坂・北潟三ヶ浦は古来より入潟漁の船数書付を提出しており、今後入潟漁船書付を提出する通り、船数を増やしてはならないこと
一 吉崎浦から潟の内への坊塚の件は、川の中にあるため詳細を把握し難いが、今後坊塚の破損修復については格別であるが、新規に設置してはならないこと
一 吉崎・濱坂の漁師が入潟する際、北方浦東端から漁船で入漁してはならないこと
一 北方の者たちの漁の回数は今まで通りとし、今後新たな取り組みをしてはならないこと
一 北潟の漁師たちは濱坂浦・吉崎浦の境界から漁船で入ってはならないこと

Item: September 29th - Regarding the dispute between the three villages of Kitagata, Yoshizaki, and Hamasaka, after investigation by Kanazu magistrate Mizuno Zenzaemon (Katsumitsu), the following written directive was issued by the magistrate's office:
Memorandum
Item: The three bays of Yoshizaki, Hamasaka, and Kitagata have since ancient times submitted written records of the number of boats for lagoon fishing, and henceforth shall not increase the number of boats beyond what is recorded in the lagoon fishing boat submissions.
Item: Regarding the Buddhist mounds (bōzuka) from Yoshizaki Bay into the lagoon, since they are in the middle of the river and difficult to ascertain, while future repair and restoration of damaged mounds is acceptable, no new ones shall be constructed.
Item: When fishermen from Yoshizaki and Hamasaka enter the lagoon, they shall not enter for fishing with their boats from the eastern end of Kitakata Bay.
Item: The fishing activities of those from Kitakata shall continue as before, and no new ventures shall be undertaken henceforth.
Item: The fishermen of Kitagata shall not enter with their fishing boats from the boundaries of Hamasaka Bay and Yoshizaki Bay.
Addendum:
Apart from the above, fishing may be conducted as before with the three bays intermixing.
Regarding these three bays, henceforth there shall be no disputes concerning fishing in the lagoon...
