一同年九月願之通当務兼務ともに被成御免
内願之通直ニ隠居被 仰付候事
一享和元酉年五月御下向後御前講被 仰付候
但文化二丑年迄御在国之毎度罷出候事

之通指南方主立世話致候様被 仰付候事

恭定様為御遺物染御小袖壱ツ被下候事

現代語訳
一、同年九月、願いの通り当務・兼務ともに免許され、内願の通り直ちに隠居を仰せ付けられたこと
一、享和元年（1801年）五月、御下向後、御前講を仰せ付けられた
ただし文化二年（1805年）まで御在国の毎度出仕したこと
一、同年六月、恐れ多いことながら雅楽稽古の節に出仕し、先達ての通り指南方の主立ちとして世話をするよう仰せ付けられたこと
一、文化二年（1805年）十一月、恭定様の御遺物として染御小袖一つを下されたこと
一、同三年（1806年）八月、貞昭様の御遺物として染御帷子一枚を下されたこと
一、同六年（1809年）七月、かねて雅楽の主立ちとして世話をするよう仰せ付けられていたところ、当時笙の師範をする者がいなくて差し支えるため、笙師範をする者がいるまで諸生を取り立てるよう仰せ付けられたこと
一、同年八月、老年であるが雅楽稽古の筋でよく世話をしたため、御褒美として綿五把を下されたこと
一、同十二年（1815年）五月、老年であるが雅楽稽古の件で主立ちとして世話をし、諸生の修行方が格別に果敢に行われるようになったため、御褒美として御羽織の代わりに絽一反を下されたこと
一、文政元年（1818年）七月十七日、八十二歳で病死、法名は永昌院梅山日秀居士、葬所は法紹山浄光寺

- In the ninth month of the same year, both his current duties and concurrent duties were exempted as he had requested, and he was granted immediate retirement as per his private petition.
- In the fifth month of Kyōwa 1 (1801), after the lord's return to the domain, he was appointed to conduct lectures before the lord.
Note: He attended every time during the lord's residence in the domain until Bunka 2 (1805).
- In the sixth month of the same year, though it was presumptuous of him, he was ordered to attend gagaku (court music) practice sessions and serve as the chief instructor and organizer as before.
- In the eleventh month of Bunka 2 (1805), he was granted a dyed kosode robe as a memento from Lord Kyōtei.
- In the eighth month of Bunka 3 (1806), he was granted a dyed katabira (summer garment) as a memento from Lord Sadaaki.
- In the seventh month of Bunka 6 (1809), although he had been appointed to serve as the chief organizer of gagaku, there was currently no one to serve as shō (mouth organ) instructor, causing difficulties. Therefore, he was ordered to train students until someone qualified to serve as shō instructor could be found.
- In the eighth month of the same year, despite his advanced age, he diligently organized gagaku practice, and as a reward, he was granted five bundles of cotton.
- In the fifth month of Bunka 12 (1815), despite his advanced age, he served as chief organizer of gagaku practice and the students' training progressed remarkably well. As a reward, he was granted one tan of ro silk fabric in place of a haori jacket.
- On the seventeenth day of the seventh month of Bunsei 1 (1818), he died of illness at the age of eighty-two. His posthumous Buddhist name was Eishōin Baizen Nisshū Koji, and he was buried at Jōkōji Temple on Mount Hōshō.
