現代語訳
ただし、子供・女性については、（謙五郎様への）礼拝は不要であり、控えていること。
一、風廻り・夜廻り、その他御用で通行する際に出会うことがあっても、下座をすること。
右の趣旨をよく理解し、家来・末端の者に至るまで申し渡すこと。

三月二十二日 各中 追って組へ 御目付
一、御道中の供を勤める者で袴および野袴を着用する者は、皆、野羽織・桟留野袴を着用すること。
ただし、野羽織の生地は木綿または晒し布に限り、無地・小紋・縞などの柄は各自の好みによる。
一、徒歩で供をする者は、野羽織・半纏・股引・山高笠を着用すること。
ただし、野羽織の生地は上記と同じとし、熨斗目を着用しない身分の者は半衿を掛けて着用すること。
一、御医師の方々も右に準じること。
一、足袋を用いる場合は、すべて紺足袋を用いること。
一、道中において一般的にも右に準じること。
一、諸組の者どもへの御仕着羽織については、これまで通り粗末な絹を渡すこと。
ただし、陪臣の軽い身分の者どもへ渡す仕着については、右に準ずる分はこれまで通りとする。
三月
右、粕谷清次郎・御鍛冶衆・御土蔵番人たちについては、道中に関係しないため、この触は伝えない。
口達
・御借米の年限中、千石以下の者は馬の保有を免除されているが、家中の者が馬術修行のために、また家中の勤務の都合により臨時の御用として、別段の御厩に御馬を繋ぎ置き、寄合番・番外・諸物頭・御使番・大御番組の中で馬を持つべき者へ貸し出すこととなった。よって、家中の者たちは一致団結して馬術修行に励むよう心得ること。
ただし、臨時の御用の際は、御厩別当役へ申し合わせること。
右の御触の趣旨をよく理解されたく候。以上。
閏三月四日 御目付
・御着城・御発駕および節句・月次の御礼を一統にお受けになる際の退出については、これまで甚だ混雑しているとのことである。今般、御本丸に御住居となられた上は、心得もあるべきことであるが、さらに混雑を避け、不敬のないよう、それぞれ（家来へ）申し聞かせること。

One: Those serving as escorts during travel who wear hakama or field hakama shall all wear field haori (野羽織) and Santome-weave field hakama (桟留野袴).
However, the material for the field haori is limited to cotton or bleached cloth; plain, small-pattern (komon), or striped varieties are left to individual preference.
One: Those serving as foot escorts shall wear field haori, hanten (short coat), momohiki (close-fitting trousers), and yamadaka (tall hat).
However, the material for the field haori is the same as above; those of a rank that does not wear noshime shall wear a half-collar (han-eri) attached.
One: The domain physicians shall conform to the above rules.
One: When wearing tabi socks, all persons shall use navy-blue tabi (紺足袋).
One: During travel in general, all shall conform to the above rules.
One: Regarding the uniform haori (仕着羽織) distributed to members of the various units, these shall continue to be provided in plain, modest silk as has been done previously.
However, regarding the uniforms distributed to the lower-ranking retainers of vassals (陪臣), those conforming to the above shall continue as before.

Note: Kasugaya Seijirō, the official smiths, and the treasury guards are not involved in travel duties and therefore this notice is not conveyed to them.
Verbal Announcement
・During the period of the grain loan (御借米), those with stipends of one thousand koku or below are exempt from maintaining horses. However, to enable domain retainers to practice horsemanship and to provide horses for emergency official duties, horses shall be stabled in a separate designated stable and lent to those among the yoriai-ban (寄合番), ban-gai (番外), shomotsu-gashira (諸物頭), o-tsukaiban (御使番), and o-goban-gumi (大御番組) who should possess horses. Domain retainers should therefore endeavor to train together harmoniously in horsemanship.
However, in the event of emergency official duties, one must coordinate with the stable master (御厩別当役).

・Regarding the withdrawal procedure after the lord's arrival at the castle, departure, and upon receiving joint seasonal and monthly greetings, it has been heard that there has been considerable congestion until now. Now that His Lordship has taken up residence in the main citadel (御本丸), there should naturally be some awareness of proper conduct; however, further measures should be communicated within each group to prevent congestion and ensure proper decorum.
