○当年他国米相場高直ニ相成候趣相聞候処去申年締方之儀厳重被仰
出も有之相守可申哉ニ候へ共米穀他国へ相洩候儀無之様猶又厳重締方被
仰出候間心得違之儀無之様可被申渡候
一菜種他国出之儀此度御趣意を以当年新増役銀被仰出候ニ付端浦出等無
之様締方厳重取計候様被仰出候自然心得違之者有之端浦出等致候者
訴出候ハヽ菜種取上之上其者へ為御褒美被下置候
右之通支配下へ夫々可触知者也

○近年御趣意有之拾四領御代官所致復古銘々御代官手前役所ニ被仰付候処
手前役所之儀ハ被相止都而御用向取扱方之儀最前之通相心得取扱候様
被仰付候 右之趣御代官へ可被申渡候

○米価高直云々酒造米買上之儀指留被置候得共云々昨年之通
八月五日 府中へも
○昨年之作体ニ付酒造被指留置候処当秋作体宜趣ニ付愈熟作ニ相成諸御
蔵所納米見詰出来候上ハ三歩一之酒造御免可被成ニ候尤其節元米之
分御払被成下候間酒造米買付之儀堅致間敷候若心得違之者於有之ハ
吟味之上急度可被及御沙汰候

○御家中の倹約の件についても同趣旨が申し渡され、御目付が触れを出した。郡に出向いた際の件。
五月二十五日
支配頭へ
○当年、他国の米相場が高値になっている旨を聞いているが、去る申年に締め方について厳重に申し渡したこともあり、これを守るべきであるが、米穀が他国へ流出することがないよう、なお一層厳重に締め方を申し渡すので、心得違いのないよう申し渡すこと。
一、菜種の他国への輸出について、この度の御趣意により当年新たに増役銀が申し渡されたため、端浦出等がないよう締め方を厳重に取り計らうよう申し渡された。もし心得違いの者がいて端浦出等を行う者を訴え出た場合は、菜種を取り上げた上でその者へ御褒美として下し置かれる。
右の通り支配下へそれぞれ触れ知らせるものである。
七月十一日 府中へも
御奉行
○近年御趣意があり、十四領の御代官所を復古させ、銘々御代官の手前役所に申し付けられたが、手前役所については廃止され、すべて御用向きの取扱方については最初の通りに心得て取り扱うよう申し付けられた。右の趣旨を御代官へ申し渡すこと。

○米価高値について云々 酒造米買上について指し留め置かれているが云々 昨年の通り
八月五日 府中へも
○昨年の作柄により酒造を指し留め置いていたが、当秋の作柄が良い趣により、いよいよ豊作になり、諸御蔵所納米の見詰めができた上は、三分一の酒造を御免許になる予定である。もっともその節、元米の分は御払いくださるので、酒造米買付けについては堅く行ってはならない。もし心得違いの者がいれば、吟味の上、必ず御沙汰に及ぶであろう。

If there are those who violate these rules and someone reports those conducting unauthorized port exports, the rapeseed will be confiscated and the informant will be given a reward.
