○今年、御入部されることにつき、格別の思し召しをもって半減を御免になされる旨が仰せ出されました。しかしながら、土地の状況がよくなく、過分の御勝手向（財政状況）であるので、なお一層御勝手向の御運営のため、精誠をもって心配りをするよう仰せ出されました。
御奉行
○今年、御入部されるところ、格別の思し召しをもって今年から御家中の半減を御免になり、八歩の御借米が仰せ出されました。しかしながら、土地の状況がよくなく、過分の御勝手向であるので、一昨年の申年以来仰せ出されている通り、諸役所の御締方について、少しの事柄でも御益・御為筋を勘弁し、丹精するよう仰せ出されました。もっとも、右の通り御勝手役をはじめとして、それぞれがますます出精するよう申し聞かせるべきことです。

○金相場の件について、古来から御定め通りもありましたが、近頃町中において、みだりに相場を立て金銀を売買している段が相聞こえ、不届き至極のことです。もし心得違いの者があれば、吟味を遂げ、きっと申し付けるべきです。なおまた、金合と称して諸色の直段を引き上げて売買している趣が相聞こえ、不埒の至りです。不実の直段等を立てる者があれば、これまた吟味の上、咎めを申し付けるべきです。
右の趣を堅く心得、諸商売向きは正路をもって専ら家業を致し、公精すべきです。この段、町中残らず寺社門前地・名子等まで相触れるべきものです。
