川流いたし候者有之候ハヽ公料他領ニ不限御領分ニ被准右材木御取上可被成候以来心

諸月番へ
○御拝領金の内から御家中の面々へ貸銀を仰せ付けられる件について、現在は非常に御指支（資金繰り）が困難で御難渋極まりない御時節でございますが、格別のお心遣いをもって仰せ出されました。詳細については御奉行どもから達しますので、そのように心得ください。支配下の末々まで（伝達すること）

ただし天明元年丑年の御貸銀の通り、面々の身上に応じて御貸しになることです

○諸寺院再興につき、在々からの寄進の材木を川流しする件については、去夏申し渡した通り、安永四年未年に改めて仰せ出された趣旨をますます緩めることなく、きっと守るべきです。もちろん公料や他領であっても御領分を通る際は、山方役所へ願い出て、山方役所から極印を打ち、支配人を指添えて通すべき旨です。もし心得違いで材木を川流しする者があれば、公料・他領に限らず御領分において、右の材木を御取り上げになります。以後心得違いのないよう、きっと守るべきです。

分を通す件については山方役所へ願い出れば極印を打って遣わします。もっとも以後、もし心得違いで山方役所へ願い出ずに材木を川流しする者があれば、その節は公料・他領に限らずすべて材木を御取り上げになります。かつまた締まり等の件については村々役人ども並びに船頭どもへきっと申し付けるべきです。右の通り取り扱うべきです。
八月二十日
御奉行へ
○明里御蔵の米納方について、これまでは米見で御先筒組の者が吟味の上、納高に応じて升目を回し、俵を見立てることでしたが、今年から改められ、納高に応じてくじ目に当たったものを升目回しの俵として取り扱い、吟味すべきことです。かつまたこれまで度々申し渡した上札の件については従来通り、中札の件については以後村毎に納主どもの名前を中札に記し、それぞれ御蔵所へ持参し、出役人の吟味の上、俵毎に中札を指し入れるよう御蔵奉行へ申し渡すべきです。
付け加えて三国・松岡・広瀬・家久・枝蔵の分も右に準じて取り扱うべきことです。
追って御代官どもへ右の趣を百姓どもへも申し渡すよう触れるべきです。
九月二十五日
江戸にて

To the Group Leaders:
○Regarding the river transport of timber donated from various areas for temple reconstruction: as communicated last summer, the regulations newly announced in the fourth year of An'ei (1775), the year of the sheep, must be strictly observed without relaxation. Of course, even for official cargo or cargo from other domains, when passing through our domain territory, one must petition the Mountain Affairs Office, receive an official seal from the Mountain Affairs Office, and pass through with an assigned supervisor. If anyone transports timber by river without proper understanding, regardless of whether it is official cargo, from other domains, or within our domain territory, such timber will be confiscated. Henceforth, there must be no misunderstandings, and these rules must be strictly observed.

Furthermore, regarding control measures, village officials and boat captains must be strictly instructed. Handle matters according to these guidelines.
August 20th
To the Magistrates:
○Regarding rice delivery to Akesato granary: until now, rice inspection was conducted by members of the advance gun unit, who would examine and assign measuring containers and designate bags according to the delivery amount. From this year, this will be changed so that those selected by lottery according to the delivery amount will handle the measuring containers and bags for examination. Furthermore, regarding the upper tags that have been repeatedly mentioned: continue as before. Regarding the middle tags: henceforth, the names of the deliverers from each village shall be written on middle tags, which shall be brought to the respective granary locations, and after examination by the duty officials, middle tags shall be inserted into each bag. This should be communicated to the granary magistrates.
Additionally, the same procedures shall apply to Mikuni, Matsuoka, Hirose, Ieku, and Edakura.
Furthermore, magistrates should ensure that these instructions are also communicated to the farmers through the deputy officials.
