現代語訳
精励して勤務した旨をお褒めの言葉をいただいた件
一、同六年（子年）十月、江戸へ勤番のため上京し、翌丑年四月に帰国した
ただし翌丑年四月の月並御出仕・御任官・御手始に初めて御勤めしたところ、心を配って御出先の儀を適切に勤め、かつ陣中に不参なく精励して古式の通り勤務した旨をお褒めの言葉をいただいた件
一、同八年（寅年）四月、江戸へ勤番のため上京し、十月に帰国した

One: In the same 6th year (Year of the Rat), 10th month, he went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the 4th month of the following Year of the Ox
Note: In the 4th month of the following Year of the Ox, when he first served in the monthly attendance, official appointment ceremony, and inaugural duties, he served attentively in his assignments and maintained perfect attendance during military formations, serving diligently in the traditional manner, for which he received official commendation
