鐘銘（かねのめい） 鐘口（しようく）徑（わたり）二尺 許（ばかり）此鐘（このかね）はもと本宮（ほんぐう）の鐘（かね）なること銘文（めいぶん）にあり文明
二年 本宮（ほんぐう）より此所（このところ）へ施入（せにふ）の由（よし）再刻（さいこく）の銘（めい）あり
奉鑄 日光山本宮推鐘 一口
右增三所權現威光為成二世各願也
一打鐘聲當願衆生斷三界苦頓證菩提
諸賢聖衆同入道場願諸惡趣俱時離苦

権大僧都法印昌淳廟塔 慶長十二年五月五日
鐘銘 鐘口径二尺ばかり。この鐘はもと本宮の鐘なることが銘文にある。文明二年に本宮よりこの所へ施入の由、再刻の銘がある。

The main Buddha statue (Amida) is said to have been stolen by thieves in the fifth month of Manji 2 (1659). This is designated as Kōge-in Temple in Nishi-machi. Within the temple grounds are ancient tombstones of the chief abbots of this mountain temple.
34th generation Shōkei, preparatory memorial service, died on the 24th day of the 6th month of Bunnan 2 (1445)
35th generation Dharma Seal Shōsen, preparatory memorial service, died on the 13th day of the 8th month of Entoku 4 (1492)
Acting Minor Prelate Shōgen (year and month unknown), Dharma Seal Shōken, Daiei 3, 6th month, 26th day (1523)
Acting Major Prelate Dharma Seal Shōjun memorial pagoda, Keichō 12, 5th month, 5th day (1607)
Bell Inscription: Bell mouth diameter approximately 2 shaku. According to the inscription, this bell was originally from Hongū. There is a re-engraved inscription stating that it was donated from Hongū to this location in Bunmei 2 (1470).
Respectfully cast: Nikkōzan Hongū bell, one mouth
The above increases the divine power of the Three Shrines' Gongen to fulfill the wishes of both this world and the next
With one strike of the bell's sound, we pray that all beings escape the suffering of the three realms and suddenly attain enlightenment
May all wise saints enter the dōjō together and pray that all evil destinies simultaneously escape suffering
