現代語訳
（前のページより続き）江戸表へ罷り登り、同九月罷り下った件。
一、同三亥年（延享三年・1746年）九月、勤番のため江戸表へ罷り登り、同十一月に、翌四月に予定されている梅園院様の御婚礼の御用を担う任役を仰せ付けられたため、翌年まで詰め越して留まるよう命じられ、御婚礼が済んだ後に罷り下るよう仰せ付けられた件。
一、延享元子年（1744年）五月、梅園院様の御婚礼に関する諸事の御用を精を出し骨を折り、よく相勤めたことにより、銀子五枚・御肴一折を下し置かれ、さらにお殿様の御前に召し出され、懇切なるお言葉をいただいた上で御上下一具を下し置かれた。お暇をいただく折にも、諸事に精を出しよく相勤め骨を折った段について、懇切なるお言葉を賜り、同月罷り下った件。
一、同年十一月、病気につき願いの通り御役儀を御免となり、無役を仰せ付けられた件。

One item: In the ninth month of the third year of the same era, the Year of the Boar (Enkyō 3, 1746), he traveled up to Edo for routine duty (kinban). In the eleventh month of the same year, he was ordered to serve in the role of official in charge of affairs related to the wedding ceremony of Lady Baien-in, scheduled for the fourth month of the following year. He was therefore ordered to remain in Edo through the following year and to return home after the wedding ceremony was completed.
One item: In the fifth month of the first year of Enkyō, the Year of the Rat (1744), having applied himself diligently and worked hard in all matters pertaining to Lady Baien-in's wedding ceremony and performed his duties admirably, he was rewarded with five pieces of silver and one box of ceremonial fish (o-sakana). Furthermore, he was summoned to the lord's presence, received gracious words of commendation, and was presented with a set of formal attire (kamishimo). Upon taking his leave, he was again graciously commended for his diligence, hard work, and excellent service in all matters, and he returned home in the same month.
One item: In the eleventh month of the same year, due to illness, his official duties were pardoned as requested, and he was assigned to a position without official role (muryaku).
