一 三月五日、伊織様がこの御屋敷にお入りになり（七時半）、お供をして登城（六時半）されたところ、老中が列座して、願いの通り伊織様の養子縁組が仰せ出された旨を土屋相模守政直殿がお伝えになり、退出の際にお礼として、お供をして老中・若年寄中を御廻勤された。
一 同日、右の件につき、京都所司代松平紀伊守信庸殿へお手紙を遣わされた。
一 同月六日、右の件につき、御使として御小姓頭永見宇右衛門安洪を国元へ派遣され、その際松岡にも勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、今日江戸を出立した。
ただし同月十三日に福井に到着したため、御本丸において右の養子縁組が仰せ出された件を、御家中の面々に月番御家老が申し渡した。
一 同月七日、伊織様が浅草御屋敷から霊雁島御屋敷へお引き移りになった。
一 同日、右の件につき、伊織様がお供をして老中土屋相模守政直殿・秋元但馬守喬朝殿へご挨拶に参られた。
一 同月九日、御用番土屋相模守政直殿からお呼び出しがあり、御留守居村上三太夫正峰が参上したところ、養子縁組のお礼を申し上げる際の御献上物についてのお伺い書に、御附札をもってご指図があった。

1. On March 5th, Lord Iori entered this residence (at 7:30) and accompanied [Lord Yoshishina] to the castle (at 6:30). The rōjū (senior councilors) were seated in assembly, and Lord Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao conveyed that the adoption of Lord Iori had been officially approved as requested. Upon departure, as a gesture of gratitude, [Lord Yoshishina] accompanied [Lord Iori] to make courtesy visits to the rōjū and wakadoshiyori (junior councilors).
1. On the same day, regarding the above matter, a letter was sent to Kyoto Shoshidai (Kyoto Deputy) Matsudaira Kii-no-kami Nobuyasu.
1. On the 6th of the same month, regarding the above matter, a messenger, Gokosho-gashira (Head Page) Nagami Uemon Yasuhiro, was dispatched to the home province. He was also ordered to serve at Matsuoka, and departed Edo today.
