私居屋敷詰リ申候而致難儀候就夫今度松平
甲斐守居屋敷酒井左衛門佐と入替被 仰付候由
承候因玆屋敷表入込候所此度割合之御序ニ
何とそ添被下候様偏奉願候此段難相叶儀
御座候ハヽ御預ヶ地ニ成共罷成候様奉願候尤
急度相願申越ニ而者無御座候御心易も御座

現代語訳
一、三月二十二日、御任官の祝儀として、御一門の方々および御旗本衆を招待された。
一、三月二十五日、同じ理由により、出入りの御旗本衆を招待された。
一、同日、御屋敷の敷地が手狭であるため、隣接地の拝領を希望され、以下の通り、御留守居の大関新五左衛門（直看）を使者として、老中・井上河内守（正岑）殿に内意を申し達された。
口上
私の居屋敷が手狭となり、難儀をいたしております。つきましては、このたび松平甲斐守の居屋敷を酒井左衛門佐と入れ替えるよう仰せ付けられると承りました。そこで、屋敷の表が込み入っている箇所につきまして、この度の割り当ての機会に、何とぞ添地をいただけますよう、ひとえにお願い申し上げます。もしこの件がかないがたいことであれば、御預け地となりましても構いません。もっとも、急いでお願い申し上げているわけではございません。お心安くご容赦いただけることと存じ、内々にてお話し申し上げたく、このようにお伝えした次第でございます。何とぞご配慮くださいますよう、お願い申し上げます。
三月 松平伊予守
一、三月二十六日、老中・井上河内守（正岑）殿にお目にかかり、御勤めをされた。
一、三月二十九日、地震があったため、御機嫌伺いとして御用番および御側（御用人へ使者を遣わされた）。

One entry: On the 22nd day of the 3rd month, in celebration of the lord's appointment to office, members of the lord's extended family (go-ichimon) and retainers of the hatamoto class were invited and entertained.
One entry: On the 25th day of the 3rd month, for the same reason, hatamoto retainers who had regular dealings with the domain were invited and entertained.
One entry: On the same day, as the lord's residence grounds were found to be too cramped, the lord wished to receive an additional grant of adjacent land. To this end, the following message was conveyed through the intermediary of the keeper of the residence (rusuiyaku), Ōzeki Shingoзаemon (Naomi), to the Senior Councilor (Rōjū), Lord Inoue Kawachi-no-kami (Masamine):
Oral Statement
My residential estate has become too cramped, causing considerable inconvenience. I have heard that on this occasion, the residence of Matsudaira Kai-no-kami is to be exchanged with that of Sakai Saemon-no-suke. Therefore, regarding the congested area at the front of the estate, I humbly request that some additional land be granted to me as part of this redistribution arrangement. Should this be difficult to arrange, I would also be content if the land could be made available as a loan (azukarichi). I must emphasize that this is not an urgent request. As I felt at ease raising this matter, I wished to discuss it in a private and informal manner. I humbly request your favorable consideration.
3rd Month Matsudaira Iyo-no-kami
One entry: On the 26th day of the 3rd month, the lord paid a visit to Senior Councilor Inoue Kawachi-no-kami (Masamine) and performed his duties of courtesy.
One entry: On the 29th day of the 3rd month, due to an earthquake, a messenger was dispatched to the duty councilor (go-yōban) and the lord's personal chamberlains (go-soba go-yōnin) to inquire after the Shogun's wellbeing.
