西丸の大広間において、御奏者番・松平伊賀守（忠周）殿の家来に渡した。
竹千代様への御使者として同人を通じて、御小袖一重・昆布一箱・干鯛一箱・御樽一荷を献上した。西丸の殿上の間において、御奏者番・牧野越中守（成■）殿の家来に渡した。（六月十六日、御■方留守居へ御書付を御渡し）
一、九月二十七日
竹千代様が紅葉山へ御宮参りされるにつき、予め参上して御勤めを果たした。
一、同月二十八日
竹千代様が紅葉山ならびに山王へ御宮参りが無事に済まれた御祝儀として、総出仕となり、本丸へ登城した。老中より触れが出され、次いで西丸へも登城し、奏者番より触れが出された。大目付の指図により御居残りとなり、帝鑑の間において御吸物を頂戴し、それが済んで退出の際に老中へ御廻勤した。
一、同日、右同断につき、御使者として御留守居・坂田七右衛門（永常）を通じて、公方様へ昆布一箱・干鯛一箱・御樽代五百疋を献上した。
大納言様・竹千代様へは、御使者として御留守居・荒川惣右衛門（直朗）を通じて、右同断のものを献上した。
但し、竹千代様への御樽代は千疋を献上した。
一、同月二十九日、御使者を通じて、例の通り御国産の塩鮎子籠を献上した。

At the Great Hall (Ōhiroma) of the Western Citadel (Nishi-no-maru), the items were delivered to the attendants of the Sōshaban (official announcer/protocol officer), Lord Matsudaira Iga-no-kami (Tadachika). As an envoy to Lord Takechiyo, through the same person, one set of御小袖 (formal kimono), one box of kelp, one box of dried sea bream, and one barrel of sake were presented. At the Tenjō-no-ma chamber of the Western Citadel, the items were delivered to the attendants of the Sōshaban, Lord Makino Etchū-no-kami (Nari■). (On the 16th day of the 6th month, a written order was delivered to the留守居 [resident official] of the ■ department.)

In connection with Lord Takechiyo's visit to Momijiyama Shrine, we attended in advance and fulfilled our duties.
Item: 28th day of the same month
To celebrate the successful completion of Lord Takechiyo's shrine visits to Momijiyama and Sannō, a general assembly attendance was called. We proceeded to the Main Citadel (Hon-maru) as directed by the Rōjū (Senior Councilors), and then to the Western Citadel, as directed by the Sōshaban. By order of the Ōmetsuke (Inspector General), we were required to remain, and were served soup (suimono) in the Teikan-no-ma chamber. Upon departure, we made rounds of courtesy visits to the Senior Councilors.
Item: On the same day, in relation to the above, our resident official (rusui) Sakata Shichizaemon (Nagatsune) was sent as an envoy to present to the Kubō-sama (Shogun): one box of kelp, one box of dried sea bream, and 500 mon worth of sake barrel fee.
To the Dainagon-sama and Lord Takechiyo, our resident official Arakawa Sōzaemon (Naoaki) was sent as an envoy to present the same items.
Note: For Lord Takechiyo, the sake barrel fee presented was 1,000 mon.
Item: 29th day of the same month — Through an envoy, as customary, a basket of locally produced salted sweetfish roe (shio-ayuko) was presented.
