【銅座に関する御触れの続き】
一、銅座の加役として大坂表に銅座を申し付ける。諸国の銅山から産出される銅は、すべてこの銅座に買い取らせることとする。よって、諸国の山元において銅の産出に精を出し、他への売却はせず、大坂に廻送して銅座に売り渡すこと。ただし、銅山を囲い込んで銅の産出を試みる場合は、産出量が少なくとも大坂の銅座に売り渡すこと。
一、諸国の銅山から産出される銅の総量のうち、長崎廻り銅および地売銅について、産出量に応じて割合を定める。価格については、長崎へ廻送する銅は山元より差し出す価格をあらかじめ定めておく。また地売銅については、相場をもって銅座と相対取引にて売買すること。なお、銅の代金は当銀払い（現銀払い）とするので、銀座より直接受け取ること。
一、山元から銅を津出しして大坂まで廻送する際、その道中の問屋、または各津々浦々および海上において銅の売買をしてはならないこと。
一、銅を大坂に廻送せず、山元その他いかなる場所においても銅を囲い置くことをしてはならないこと。
一、諸国から産出された銅を船積みして大坂へ廻送する際、その銅の員数（数量）を書き付けた書類を廻船の者に渡し、大坂町奉行所へ提出すること。

【Continuation of the Notice Regarding the Copper Exchange (Dōza)】
Item: A copper exchange (dōza) shall be established in Osaka as an additional office. All copper produced from copper mines throughout the various provinces shall be purchased exclusively by this copper exchange. Therefore, those at the mine sites in each province shall diligently produce copper, refrain from selling it elsewhere, forward it to Osaka, and sell it to the copper exchange. However, in cases where a mine is being enclosed and operated on a trial basis, even if the output is small, the copper must be sold to the Osaka copper exchange.
Item: Of the total copper output from mines throughout the various provinces, the allocation between copper bound for Nagasaki and copper sold domestically shall be determined in proportion to production levels. Regarding prices: the price at which copper forwarded to Nagasaki is dispatched from the mine site shall be fixed in advance. For domestically sold copper, transactions shall be conducted through direct negotiation with the copper exchange based on the prevailing market price. The payment for copper shall be made in current silver (present silver payment), so it shall be collected directly from the silver mint (Ginza).
Item: When copper is shipped from the mine sites to Osaka, it shall not be bought or sold at wholesalers along the route, at any port or harbor, or at sea.
Item: Copper shall not be stockpiled at the mine site or at any other location without being forwarded to Osaka.
Item: When copper produced in the various provinces is loaded onto ships and forwarded to Osaka, a document listing the quantity of copper shall be handed to the shipping vessel's crew and submitted to the Osaka Town Magistrate's Office (Osaka Machi-bugyōsho).
