箇条書ニ而相廻之
一 判鑑被遣候飛脚買物等之時分家来衆と申参候而
判形持参候者右判形ニ引合無相違候上者用事相達
可申候偽者可有之候間判形無之者用達申間敷由
扨右之判鑑紛失仕候節其者御断なく越度ニ被
仰付間敷事
御断以後御相談可有之由右之判形御順見已後
於江戸ニ御取返シ可被成由
一 泊り宿昼休家内ニ女年寄たりとも一切指置申
間敷事
一 前髪有之者少人たり共指置申間敷事
一 湯殿雪隠軽杉葉葺ニ而もくるしからす候事

付け加えて衣類や諸道具については言うまでもなく、菓子や酒肴等についても
なおさら持ち寄ることは一切無用とすること

一 正月、右同様のお達しが出されたことにより、御国許へお越しになられた巡見使大関勘左衛門【勘右衛門の誤記か】殿
中根左兵衛殿内藤十之丞殿から申し渡しがあったため、御留守居から左の通り
箇条書きで回覧された
一 判鑑をお遣わしになられた飛脚が買い物等の時に、家来衆と名乗って参り
判形を持参した者については、右の判形と照合して相違ないことを確認した上で用事を承ること。偽者もいる可能性があるため、判形のない者の用達は行ってはならないこと
さて右の判鑑を紛失した節には、その者にお断りなく処罰を
申し付けることはないこと
お断りの後、ご相談があるであろうこと。右の判形は御巡見の後、
江戸において回収されること
一 宿泊先や昼休みの家の中に、女性は年寄りであっても一切置いてはならないこと
一 前髪のある者（若い男性）は少人数であっても置いてはならないこと
一 湯殿・雪隠は粗末な杉葉葺きであっても構わないこと

One Regarding messengers sent with official seals for purchases and such, when those claiming to be retainers come
bearing seal impressions, after comparing with the official seals and confirming there are no discrepancies, their business may be conducted. Since there may be imposters, do not conduct business for those without seal impressions.
Now, should the official seals be lost, punishment shall not be
imposed on that person without prior notice
After notification, there shall be consultation. The aforementioned seal impressions shall
be retrieved in Edo after the official inspection
One In lodging houses and rest stops during the day, no women, even elderly ones, shall be placed inside
One Those with forelocks (young men), even in small numbers, shall not be stationed there
One Bathhouses and latrines may be roughly built with cedar bark roofing without concern
