（右丁）
令書（御触書）について、御並方留守居より以下の通り回達があった。
覚
一 今度、諸国巡見を仰せ付けられたとはいえ、国絵図・城絵図の提出は無用のこと。
一 人馬・家数の調査は行わないこと。
一 御朱印（公認）以外の人馬については、御定めの通り駄賃銭を滞りなく支払うこと。
一 どこを見分（視察）いたす場合も、使者・飛脚・音信物（贈り物）は一切無用とすること。
ただし、案内人を入れる場所については、その旨を断りを入れること。
一 掃除等は無用とすること。ただし、もとからある道や橋で通行に不自由な箇所は

この限りではないこと。
一 宿泊先の宿所における普請（建設・修繕工事）等は無用とし、また茶屋敷を新規に建てることも申し付けないこと。
一 国廻りの面々は、宿泊先において付き米・大豆はその土地の相場で売ること。その他の売り物も、常々そこの値段で売るようにすること。

Regarding the directive (official notice), the following circular was distributed by the Onaramikata Rusuい:
Notice
Item 1: Although a provincial inspection tour has been ordered this time, the submission of provincial maps (kuni-ezu) and castle maps (shiro-ezu) is unnecessary.
Item 2: No census of people, horses, or households shall be conducted.
Item 3: For horses and porters beyond those covered by the official shogunal seal (goshuin), the standard transport fees (packhorse charges) shall be paid promptly without delay.
Item 4: Regardless of the location being inspected, messengers, couriers, and gifts of any kind shall be entirely unnecessary. However, where a guide is brought in, prior notice of this shall be given.
Item 5: Cleaning and similar preparations are unnecessary. However, existing roads and bridges that present difficulty for passage are

exempt from this rule.
Item 6: Construction or repair work at lodging places along the route is unnecessary, and new teahouses shall not be built.
Item 7: Members of the inspection tour, at their lodgings, shall sell their allotted rice and soybeans at the local market rate. All other goods for sale shall also be sold at the usual local prices.
