現代語訳
お供番を勤めるよう仰せ出された。
一、延享元酉年【子年の誤りか】三月、病身となったため辞役の願いを申し上げたところ、保養して引き続き勤めるよう仰せ出された。
一、同年十月、再び辞役の願いを申し上げたところ、願いの通りお供番を免じられ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、萱野権兵衛組に入り、御城御番を勤めた。
一、宝暦三酉年十二月、六右衛門と改名したい旨、願いを聞き届けられた。
一、同六子年三月、勤番のため江戸表へ罷り登ったところ、同七月病気のため願いの上、罷り下った。
一、同七丑年正月、頭の萱野権兵衛が願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられ、跡の御役は春日仁左衛門組となった。
一、同九卯年九月、頭の春日仁左衛門が願いの通り御役を御免じられ、跡の御役は武川介右衛門組となった。

He was ordered to continue serving as an escort guard (otomo-ban).
Item: In the third month of Enkyō 1 [the year of the Rooster; possibly an error for the year of the Rat], having fallen ill, he submitted a request to resign from his post. He was, however, ordered to take care of his health and continue in his duties.
Item: In the tenth month of the same year, he again submitted a request to resign from his post. His request was granted, and he was relieved of his escort guard duties. He was then assigned to the Tozama-gumi (outer retainer unit), placed under the command of Kayano Gonbei's unit, and served as a castle guard (oshiro o-ban).
Item: In the twelfth month of Hōreki 3 [the year of the Rooster], his request to change his name to Rokuemon was approved.
Item: In the third month of the same sixth year [the year of the Rat], he traveled up to Edo for duty rotation (kinban). However, in the seventh month of the same year, due to illness, he submitted a request and was permitted to return home.
Item: In the first month of the same seventh year [the year of the Ox], his unit commander Kayano Gonbei was granted his wish to retire. The subsequent unit command passed to the unit of Kasuga Jinzaemon.
Item: In the ninth month of the same ninth year [the year of the Rabbit], his unit commander Kasuga Jinzaemon was relieved of his post as requested. The subsequent unit command passed to the unit of Mukawa Sukeemon.
