一、5月3日、端午の節句の祝儀として使者を遣わし、例年通り御帷子と御単を献上し、白銀を差し上げた。
一、同月10日、御側御用人柳沢出羽守保明殿のもとへ出向き、御講談を拝聴したい旨の御願いを申し入れた。
一、同月13日、桂昌院様へ御内証より奉書紙50束と生肴一種を差し上げた（本庄因幡守殿まで問い合わせの上）。使者原平左衛門正武を以て本庄因幡守宗資殿まで差し出した。
一、同日、監物様御同道にて御用番土屋相模守政直殿のもとへ出向いた。

監物様の御疱瘡が治ったことについて、病後の御礼を申し上げたい旨の御願いの趣を申し入れた。
一、同月14日、上野介近栄様に1万石の御加増が仰せ出されたことへの御礼として、御用番土屋相模守政直殿と御側御用人へ御勤めした。
一、同月15日、監物様が登城され、病後の御礼を申し上げ、御箱肴一種を御献上された。これについて昌親様（この時は昌明様であろう【異筆】）【土屋】相模守政直殿へ御勤めした。
一、同月22日、使者を以て例年通り御国産の初鯖を献上した。

- On May 3rd, for the Boys' Day celebration, an envoy was sent to present the customary summer kimono (katabira) and unlined garment (hitoe), along with silver.
- On the 10th of the same month, [the lord] visited Yanagisawa Dewa-no-kami Yasuaki, a goyō goyōnin (chamberlain), to request permission to attend a lecture.
- On the 13th of the same month, 50 bundles of ceremonial paper and one type of fresh fish were presented privately to Keishōin-sama (after consultation with Honjō Inaba-no-kami). These were delivered through envoy Hara Heizaemon Masatake to Honjō Inaba-no-kami Munesuke.
- On the same day, [the lord] visited Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao, the duty senior councilor, accompanied by Kenmotsu-sama.

[They] requested to express gratitude for Kenmotsu-sama's recovery from smallpox and wished to offer post-illness thanks.
- On the 14th of the same month, as thanks for the announcement of a 10,000 koku increase granted to Kōzuke-no-suke Chikahide-sama, [the lord] performed duties to the duty senior councilor Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao and the chamberlains.
- On the 15th of the same month, Kenmotsu-sama attended the castle to express post-illness gratitude and presented one type of boxed delicacies. Regarding this, Masachika-sama (at this time it would be Masaaki-sama [different hand]) performed duties to Tsuchiya Sagami-no-kami Masanao.
- On the 22nd of the same month, through an envoy, the first mackerel of the season from the domain was presented as customary.
