宗昌様がご病気のため、常盤橋のお屋敷にお越しになり看病された
ただし、お亡くなりになるまで毎日お越しになった
一 同月二十日 同じ理由で、代参として伊勢両宮並びに山城国石清水八幡宮へ
長谷部喜作を派遣した
一 同月二十七日 同じ理由で、ご容体が非常に重篤なため常盤橋のお屋敷にお越しに
なった
一 同日 同じ理由で、国元への使者として大番の柘植忠太郎《割書：徒士衛門（画像不鮮明）》を
道中五日の予定で派遣した
一 同日 同じ理由で《割書：戌の刻》お亡くなりになったため、当番の松平左近将監殿へ
次の通りの報告書を河内守様がお持参してご提出になった
