之様ニ随分吟味可有之候御勝手向諸御用少々之

のように十分に吟味を行うこと。御勝手向きの諸御用について、少しの事でも各自が御家のためになると思う事柄については、少しも遠慮することなく、同役の者も皆出席して奉行中に報告し、相談するようにすること。奉行中からも各自に一つ一つ吟味を行うので、その趣旨を心得て、各自の考えが奉行中の考えに合わない事があっても、御家のためになることであれば、何度でも相談するように心得ること。各自の勤務について、少しも検討不足のことがないように堅く心得て、末端の御役人たちの勤務状況を常々考察し、良し悪しともに奉行中に詳細に報告すること。少しでも御簡略の趣旨を疎かにする者がいれば
