調本多源四郎富正結城江被遣之
但源四郎結城江罷越役人ニ謀り山林之竹木を
売払判金拾枚を得且又御国政を申渡急き
伏見ニ帰判金指上候処 御喜悦ニ而右之内一枚
源四郎江被下之

一 月日（不詳）近年軍事費が多く御支障となっているため、右の用件を取り調べるために本多源四郎富正を結城に派遣した
ただし源四郎は結城に赴いて役人に相談し、山林の竹木を売り払って判金十枚を得た。また御国政について申し渡しを受けて急いで伏見に帰り、判金を差し上げたところ、御喜悦され、その内の一枚を源四郎に下賜された

The birth of His Lordship's eighth son, Senchiyosama (his mother was of the Shimizu clan)
One: (Date unclear) In recent years, military expenses have been numerous and caused great impediment, so Honda Genshirō Tomimasa was dispatched to Yuki to investigate this matter.
However, Genshirō went to Yuki, consulted with officials, sold bamboo and timber from the mountain forests, and obtained ten pieces of gold. Furthermore, after receiving instructions regarding provincial governance, he hurried back to Fushimi and presented the gold, whereupon His Lordship was greatly pleased and bestowed one piece upon Genshirō.
