現代語訳
一、慶安四年（1651）卯年六月、軽沢の役人が不足していたところに、御歩行衆の中から服部儀右衛門が任命された。
一、承応元年（1652）辰年十月、服部儀右衛門は十二石を与えられた。
ただし、以上のことは官記（公式記録）に見られたため書き留めておいたが、勤めの詳細については家本（家の記録）には全く記載がなかったため、そのまま書き記しておく。
一、明暦三年（1657）酉年九月三日、病死。法名：證寿院清儀信士。葬所：長照山九福寺。

一、明暦三年（1657）酉年（月は不詳）、十二石二人扶持を与えられ、御徒に召し出されたと伝えられている。

Item: In the sixth month of Keian 4 (1651), the Year of the Rabbit, there was a shortage of officials at Karusawa, and Hattori Giuemon was appointed from among the御歩行衆 (o-hokoishū, foot soldiers/attendants).
Item: In the tenth month of Jōō 1 (1652), the Year of the Dragon, Hattori Giuemon was granted a stipend of twelve koku.
Note: The above was found in the official records (kanki) and was therefore recorded here, but since the details of his service are not found at all in the family records (iemoto), it has been transcribed as-is.
Item: On the third day of the ninth month of Meireki 3 (1657), the Year of the Rooster, he died of illness. Posthumous Buddhist name: Shōjuin Seigi Shinji. Place of burial: Chōshōzan Kufukuji Temple.
