現代語訳
一、同四卯年（文化四年、1807年）十二月、郡絹方御勘定の滞案件処理のため、立入勤務を仰せ付けられた。
一、同五辰年（文化五年、1808年）六月、右絹方御勘定の取り計らいについて、もはや担当すべき業務もなくなったので、本来の職務へ出勤すべきかどうかの旨を詳細に申し上げたところ、任役（担当役）だけでは早急に片付けることが難しい状況であると聞き及んでいるため、勘定道具取揃方へも立入って、滞案件の処理取り計らいをするよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同年十一月、右御勘定が未だ片付かないため、再度申し達したところ、本来の職務へ出勤しつつ、御用の合間には絹方へも出向き、さらに滞案件を取り計らうよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同六巳年（文化六年、1809年）二月、小役御納戸当座仮役として、本途（本来の）御納戸をも兼ねて勤務するよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同年五月、本途御納戸を兼任するには及ばない旨を仰せ聞かされた。
一、同年八月、米の差配（配分管理）については、各担当者へも適宜掛け合い、かつ諸向きの仕抜勘定（不正経理の検査）の滞案件処理を取り計らい、臨時の勤めをも果たし……（以下次頁へ続く）

One entry: In the twelfth month of the fourth year of the same era [Bunka 4, 1807], he was ordered to serve as an inspector/liaison to handle the backlog of accounts in the district silk (郡絹方) accounting office.
One entry: In the sixth month of the fifth year [Bunka 5, 1808], he submitted a detailed report stating that there was no longer any remaining business for him to handle regarding the said silk accounting matters, and inquiring whether he should return to his primary duties. However, it was communicated that the situation appeared to be such that the assigned officers alone could not resolve the matters quickly, and therefore he was ordered to also involve himself with the accounting equipment procurement office (勘定道具取揃方) and continue handling the backlog.
One entry: In the eleventh month of the same year, since the said accounts had still not been resolved, he reported again, and was ordered to attend to his primary duties while also appearing at the silk office during breaks in official business, to continue processing the remaining backlog.
One entry: In the second month of the sixth year [Bunka 6, 1809], he was ordered to serve as a temporary acting officer (当座仮役) in the Minor Role Treasury Office (小役御納戸), also concurrently serving in the Principal Treasury Office (本途御納戸).
One entry: In the fifth month of the same year, he was informed that it was no longer necessary for him to hold a concurrent appointment in the Principal Treasury Office.
One entry: In the eighth month of the same year, regarding the allocation and management of rice, he was to liaise appropriately with the various personnel in charge, and also to handle the backlog of audit accounts (仕抜勘定) across various offices, and to perform his temporary duties as well...
